TriLink provided all the services.Came at appointed date and time for estimate, gave estimate in timely fashion, kept posted as work was going on, finished on date they said they would be finished. Where their estimate was more that what the insurance company had estimated, they worked with the insurance company and justified additional repairs.  They were helpful at all times; allowed us to come to the site to review work in evenings, and project manager was available to answer questions readily.

I had a water pipe in my attic bust and it was a couple of hours before it was noticed. Ceiling was wet. Attic insulation was wet. Walls were wet. Water all in the floor.  Trilink came in and cleaned everything up and dried out the walls and floors and removed the wet insulation and some of the sheetrock.  After the insurance finally came through, I had Trilink replace everything that was needed.  They painted the walls and ceilings and stained the woodwork and replaced it where needed.  They were always here on time and worked until they were finished.  Only had a couple of little hiccups with a subcontractor not doing what he was supposed to on time but it was handled well.  I would recommend Trilink for any cleanup that you need.

Toliet over flowed late tuesday (approx 11pm-1am wed)- I tried to extract with my steam cleaner, then called insurance around 4pm wednesday-
They were prompt and arrived same day I called insurance- arrived around 9, so that was awesome! Job supervisor was very nice and professional, showed me what he was doing, and discussed extent of damage, etc. Left the tech to extract the water and went to the shop to get the fans and dehumidifier and the tech was nonchalant and missed spots- I offered to move furniture and he said it wasnt needed after feeling the top of the carpet, even though the supervisors water sensor had shown wet. He said he'd take care of it, finished extracting and left. The supervisor came back and I advised him of what happened and he said hed take care of it. He set out a bunch of fans and said hed be back. Came back 2 days later (Friday 1pm) and areas were still wet - noticably in my sons room where I had the issue with the tech. (wet-60 hours) so he took some fans out and left others and told me to leave them on until sunday and he would be back Monday. A few areas were still damp Tuesday- WHen I mentioned again about the tech, he told me thats why he fired him. When he did come back to pick up the equipment he and the repair contractor told me the pad did not need to be replaced because it was dry now, even though I was uncomfortable with leaving it because you cannot clean the carpet pad.
Long story short, insurance told him he should have pulled the carpet up to dry out, and pulled out the pads, he said he used a top down extraction that didnt require the carpet to be pulled up. Ultimately, the insurance company told them to pull out the affected carpet pads and they came in and just cut out all the affected carpet and pads and left. My whole family was having allergy symptoms -only when we were in the house- that suddenly disappeared within a day of the carpets being taken out of the house, but they told us not to worry about it because and quot;it was dry nowand quot;.
It just turned into a frustrating experience all around.

I feel that if they had been more thorough the first day, it could have been dry within a week and I wouldnt have had to replace ALL my carpeting.

Everything went well initially but when there was followup needed to correct a problem with the work it took me over six months and many phone calls to get it done.

They're wonderful. We had started working with them but it wasn't finalized until we had an idea of what it would be. They were extremely helpful. They were on the job all the time. Because of the work, there had been probably 30 people in and out of my house over the past few months and every one of them was professional and friendly, respectful of our property and our home. I've been telling everybody I know that if they should ever have flood or fire damage, they're the ones they should call.

Their work was great. They got everything done and cleaned up after their work.

I think the price was a little high. They were professional.

They were fine, and they did a good job. They actually did pretty well.

We enjoyed it. They were very good. They were very attentive and got there when they said they would. They were responsive to our questions. They are the same company that put a new beam put across the front of our garage for the ceiling. They used to do a lot of remodeling. I think they have moved on. They are into doing more reclamation from fires and tornadoes that involve restoration. They had one person who specifically put the tile on who was really good but not always there when he said he would be. He is just one part of them and I don't think he is working for them anymore. I do know his name and I have had people ask me about him. He is really good at what he does, but it takes you a while. They were very professional. I would call them again if they were doing remodeling, but they had moved into so much restoration work that you couldn't get them.

They did exemplary work in both cases. When we called them last time they did not do a very good job. We had to call someone else to finish the job as they were just too busy. I wouldn't give them a good recommendation on one bathroom job that they did. However, the job that they had done prior to that was good. They were on time all the time. For the first job that they did the guys were just exemplary. Their price was a little bit high, though.

They did a great job. It took a little time to get them scheduled to come out (about two weeks), but when they did come out, the handyman they sent was very courteous and professional and did a fantastic job. I'd definitely use them again.

They were very easy to work with. They were always on time. They were able to get the work finished in about a week. They did a good job and I felt very comfortable with them.

We had a few minor problems with the work, but they did honor their warranty and came out and fixed it right away. The second time they came out was a lot better.

I think they did an excellent job. I however did not like the price very much. The gentleman kept leaving to go to other jobs, but I was very satisfied overall.

I was well satisfied with the work. When they were through, they charged as they said they were going to. I have since had them back to do more work.

This is one excellent full service contractor an we can not be more pleased with all the work he did. We were fortunate that all repairs were paid for by insurance, so I cannot quote you a price, but whatever it was, it was well worth it to our family.

Quality Construction followed up after the completion. They sent someone out to check that everything was satisfactory. I was happy with the end results and would use them again.

Quality Construction workers were good. We did not run into any problems. They cleaned up after themselves and were respectful of the home.
