Great experience. We got wood look ceramic tile installed in living room and bedroom. Great quality work and super friendly staff. Will be using for all future projects.

I like how they had everything ready to go before they tore out the kitchen. The cupboards were high quality and there were little extra things through out the kitchen that I was surprised to see. They always cleaned and swept up before they left so I didn't have to worry about walking around barefoot. The only issue I had was with the painters. They didn't seem to have the same quality standards that the rest of the crew had. I plan on hiring Trident when I'm ready to do the sunroom.

Took 7 weeks to redo kitchen. We were told 3-5 days. The texture and painting had to be redone 2 times. The company who redid the texture/paint did the best they could but the laborer who did it first did not prep anything or remove the stain. The stain is coming through already even through 4 layers of paint. The cabinets were measured incorrectly. They tried to knock out a wall to force the fridge in but had to replace wall and now it s sinking in. Poor work poor attitude and forget a warranty. It s on my contract I have a one year warranty. When I call or text he promises me a day to fix the wall and shelves that need scraped and painted correctly. He never shows and doesnt bother calling. I am still trying to get it fixed but I m thinking about hiring someone else so I am finished with this nightmare. Also he sent me on a 30 minute drive 3 times to pick granite. The first 2 times I went to a metal building and looked through very few choices. Wanting to get it over I picked something. They sent me two more times because they didn t have enough. The third time I went to a nice store and picked out something I liked. Was told it would cost more but was never told a price and they put it in. They didn t charge me but they throw the fact it was slightly more in my face if I complain at the fact they keep standing me up to repair the sinking wall and shelves that need redone. Sad to say but you get what you pay for. He was the cheapest.

Job was finally completed. Trident Construction is not good at following thru,never wrote anything down, never remembered what was talked about. Tell you would be back and never showed, sometimes it was 3days before they would return to do little work did not follow contract asked for money when it was stated how funds would be paid.job has been completed and was told would be walk thru never done lots of things that professionals would have caught and corrected not done by Trident.compared to other company prices they under bid to get job my kitchen is nice but not as professional as it should be.we still have things that will need fixed they are better at outside jobs I think

There were some problems in the final product but they were fixed with a smile and a real desire to get things right.

Completed the job on time and looked great.
