Did a great job. Our guy was great. Timely, knowledgeable. Had our old unit cooling nicely. The one and only downfall...$$$ and is what kept me from giving 5 stars . We paid $115 service charge and $377.50 to clean the condenser coil. $492.50. Yikes. Now that's a pricey cleaning!

Kyle Weese did an outstanding job! Very polite, professional and very thorough. He changed my air filters, checked my air ducts and serviced my heater. He attended to every concern I had and seems to have pride in his work. I would recommend this company for any one needing air/heating repairs. I'm so glad I have found my go to for air and heating repairs and servicing.

This company was quick to respond when I posted a message concerning the problem I was having with my floor furnace leaking gas. The company sent a technician out as soon as they could, which I posted the job on a weekend & they came on Wednesday. This was at the height of the snowstorm & freezing weather conditions so I was thankful to get them as quick as I did. My floor furnace is an older model Montgomery Ward & Company furnace. I had 3 other professional companies come out & take a look at it & all three stated it could not be repaired, it was to old & I needed a new unit. Kyle, with TradePros, came out today & did his do diligence in looking at my furnace & diagnosing the problem. Once he located the problem it was an easy fix. Kyle was very professional, courtesy, & most of all honest. Instead of actually trying to sell me a new unit he actually fixed mine. I am very appreciative of Kyle & TradePros.

Did an outstanding job with our project. He came right out on a day when the forecast was for several inches of snow! We got our flames adjusted and our filters cleaned and lots of good advice to use in the future. I really enjoyed having TradePros in my house and would be happy to use him again.

Caleb and crew efficient. Had some loose wires on AC. Caleb was at our house at 7am. Fixed up in 10 minutes

Caleb was amazing! Our heater stopped working and he was able to get us all set. He arrived when promised, helped me understand what was wrong and fixed it all before noon! I am very impressed and would recommend them to friends.

Great company! The guys were fast, professional and easy to work with. They came right as scheduled and completed the install quickly. Their price was fair. It is hard to find trustworthy companies. Trade Pros will be our company from now on.
