It turned out just fine. They caulked a few areas and told me my roof was in good shape. I had no problems with the scheduling. They sent one person out to do the job and I was satisfied.

My experience was a little rough. I had a ridge cap that was missing and a leaky roof. I was not sure if he did not put the shingles on or they just fell off because when I went up there, they were not there. Scheduling an appointment was good but he never followed up with a quote on my skylights as I requested.

Showed up promptly. Inspected vents, sealed loose flashing. Courteous and competent.

They came out and they weren't careful about anything. They messed up our gutters. The screens we had in our gutters disappeared. After they had gotten all finished up, I have to had my gutters screened up and they hadn't put the screens back and I had to replace all the screens. When the first rain came, we had a water leak on our fireplace that they tried three to four times to fix and ended up that I am going to go up and see it all up and fix it myself. I wouldn't recommend them. They also roofed the garage. We decided to add the house paint. They started to paint the house in some areas around the east where there wasn't any wood replaced. And that was bad. So I ended up having that all redone. And then we had a back porch that developed a leak because they didn't put a flashing before they tied into the house. They messed it up for more and then to the others. They didn't do what they said they would do.When I had to call them to put the gutters back, they got somebody out the next day.

Jason Werner came to inspect our roof and discovered we have hail damage. He said we need to contact our insurance company and submit a claim, which we have done. The adjustor will be calling to set up an inspection date for our roof and Mr. Werner said he will try to be here for that inspection if possible. Since this will be an insurance claim, we are requesting a refund on the purchase of the Big Deal Service. We intend to let Mr. Werner complete the work if it is allowed through our insurance company. We have no complaints and are very happy with Mr. Werner and the information he has supplied thus far. We are requesting the refund only because our insurance company is now involved. Thank you.

This work required some repair and fixing some existing problems that existed since the house was built. Some structural work and fine adjustments to get the trim to fit precisely.

Jason was friendly and professional. Got the estimate to me about 2 days later than originally promised but it was a very thorough and detailed estimate. Ended up choosing a different company that was less expensive but I would recommend these guys based on my interactions with them.

They were extremely professional. All the jobs were completed on time and within budget. They were a pleasure to work with each employee. Would gladly recommend them to anyone else.

Salesman gave us the best quote for what we wanted. Materials arrived on time and installers did a great job. They worked hard and the workmanship was excellent. I would recommend Trademark to others. Some of the other quotes we got were several thousand dollars more for the same product. They also did a great job of cleaning up after the job. I am pleased with the work and the price. My house looks great!

The technician inspected the roof and vents for wear and tear as well as filled in potential cracks around openings that could possibly cause problems in the future. He was very patient and informative when answering questions I had about places in the roof that might have wear in the future and preventative measures I might make in the future to prolong the roofs condition. For $99 it was well worth the price.

Bobby Dickerson called just a few days after purchase of deal from Angie's List for roof maintenance . After we made contact he made appointment to come out and look at my roof that afternoon. He got onto the roof and took pictures of the spots that needed to be addressed. He provided me options of ways to address each problem. I did not feel pressured to schedule work that I did not want or could not afford. Bobby was very professional and easy to talk to. I told him what I wanted to done and he had the work done within 48 ; hours. He sent pictures of the work that he completed and his crew left no mess on my lawn. I asked for estimate on further work and that estimate was sent to my email immediately. I felt comfortable with Trademark and Bobby Dickerson in particular. I will definitely use Trademark, specifically Bobby for any more work that needs to be completed on my roof.

I didnt end up needing the services completed, but it went just fine. He advised I didnt need the work done. Went really well.

I was contacted the next day, and service was scheduled immediately. They guys actually came out early to make sure they had the right shingles before they began the work. Communication was excellent I wish all contractors worked this way. They repaired any an all issue with my roof. I had allot of the rubber and skirts on my vent pipes worn away. The guys fixed all those and also painted the pipes which gave my roof a nice look. I asked about getting better ventilation to my roof as it has no top exhaust. They recommended turbines. They gave me a great price on the labor and installed 3 new turbines for me. The work looks great and they spin perfectly. I have green shingles and they matched them with the originals.

Jason Switzer organized work to begin the next day, and within a few days the damage was repaired and my house looked like new. Everything matched perfectly from the roof shingles to the facing on the front of the garage. No one would have guessed that the damage had ever occurred from looking at it now. Customer service and workmanship were simply excellent !

The May 31st weather event here in Moore was one to remember. After it was over I had one shingle missing and some leakage around my dryer vent. A couple days later my neighbor was having his roof checked over so I asked the roofer to look at mine. He said I had numerous shingles that had been lifted by the wind but that they should reseal in the summer heat. I replaced the one shingle and figured I was lucky and everything was good to go. After that we had some pretty heavy rain that blew in from the East which is unusual and I found I had intermittent leakage in some odd places that I could not track down. With our storm season approaching I figured it was time to call in a professional. This is the reason I turned to Angie's List. I bought Trademark Exteriors' $99 Roof Maintenance Package through Angie's on Saturday evening and received a reply and request for information from Jason Werner Sunday morning. I sent the requested info and received a reply Sunday evening saying Bobby Dickerson would contact me sometime on Monday. Bobby called me Monday morning and I met with him as scheduled that evening. Actually he was about 15 minutes early. I was impressed by the quick response and Bobby's punctuality. Bobby inspected the roof and found some impact damage that if left unattended would lead to bigger issues. He caulked up everything that needed it and said he would return on a warmer day with shingles to repair the damage he found. When he returned he replaced the damaged shingles and since I had some NP1 sealent on hand he went over the area with the mystery leak sealing down every lifted shingle up to the ridge. While doing that he discovered a nail had popped through about half way up. After doing all that he told me not to hesitate to call him directly if any leaks should return. And the final cost was the bundle of shingles he needed for the repair. I feel quite fortunate to have found Trademark Exteriors, a professional roofing company I can rely on to do the job right and who stand's behind their work. As they do other work besides roofing I definitely will be using them should I need anything else done to my home.

I am so pleased with this Big Deal, which was $99! Bobby Dickerson of Trademark Exteriors set up the appointment within a few days of my online purchase. He arrived right on time, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very honest. He inspected the roof, documented the hail damage, explained everything to me so that I would understand what he was doing and why. He made necessary caulking around pipes and chimney. Then, he advised me about the extent of the damage (fortunately, it was minor), and advised me about how to proceed. I highly recommend this provider!

My apologies to Trademark for taking so long to submit a review. They solved our roof problem, so it's no longer something we think about. We took bids from four companies on Angie's list. In fairness, we could probably have used any one of them and been satisfied with the outcome if all went well. Our roof was removed and replaced according to the contract. Michael Werner with Trademark contacted the manufacturer to address a problem with color mismatch between shingle bundles. The manufacturer requested a 3 month "weather out" to see if that eliminated the problem. Trademark was available and in contact with us through out the process. After the 3 month weather out, Trademark worked to obtain replacement of the appearance problem area. The entire front section of roof was removed and replaced to insure that the cosmetic correction would leave us with a sound roof. They accepted no payment until the project was completed. Some would suggest that the real measure of a person or a company is how they handle problems. As far as we are concerned, Trademark and their people are the gold standard in providing quality service and product at a competitive price. As the cost of service suggests; our project was for a relatively small house. The people at Trademark never hinted that our job was less important than any other. They stuck with us to insure we had a satisfactory outcome.

Bobby did an inspection of my roof and caulked around my chimney which fixed the leak problem I was having. Also provided the cover needed for my hot water heater vent. He was on time, efficient and made sure I understood what he'd done. Would definitely recommend this company and will call them with any roofing needs in the future.

All the workers that came to our place were respectful of our dogs and horses. The roofers left us extra tiles in case we should ever have to replace some after a storm in the future. Trademark was able to match the color of our existing guttering, siding, and garage door. The roofs of the barn and sheds were replaced with a heavier gauge metal than what was there before. This improved the structures. The guy who replaced our garage door lubricated the motor and bearings so it ran quieter. Trademark worked around our schedule so we could be there for the repairs.

Bobby Dickerson called and came out quickly, inspected the hail damage to roof, siding, fascia, garage doors, ceiling leak stains, and gave us a detailed report. After we filed the insurance claim, he accompanied the insurance adjusters during their inspection, and went over every line of their report with us. The adjusters forgot some repair expenses, and also covered only 1/2 roof replacement! Bobby's expertise and advice was invaluable in deciphering the multi-page insurance print-out figures and deciding what work we could afford to be done, and getting the painting cost added to covered work and the recoverable depreciation reimbursed from insurance company. All of TradeMark's work was done more quickly than we expected and, so far as we can tell, all repairs were done properly. We have reasonable warranties for the work. We did not pay a penny until everything was finished. And (hard to believe) my and Bobby's final bill matched to the penny. My rating is A*****!

I was impressed from start to finish. Bobby, the sales guy, was prompt and professional and flexible in meeting in the evening around our work schedules. His quotes were thorough and reasonable. I invited several vendors to bid the roof and fence, including those I had hired for previous work. Trademark's price was very reasonable. But the overall professionalism of Bobby's quote and communication is what won me over. As for the work, all crews were prompt and courteous. The 3 jobs were completed on time and to our satisfaction. When I had questions, Bobby was available and took care of everything. I will definitely call Trademark for future remodeling needs.

This was an Angie's Deal purchase of a roof maintenance package. I had recently changed insurance companies and one of the stipulations was that I needed to repair some of the flashings on my roof vents within 30 days. I saw the roof maintenance package on Angie's List and called Trademark to describe what I was needing and if that package would be appropriate. Based on the feedback I received, I purchased the deal and scheduled an appointment for the following Monday with Bobby Dickerson. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate as it was the first sleet and snow of the season. We re-scheduled for the following Monday. Bobby showed up on time, conducted the inspection and stated that two of the pipe vent sleeves were degraded beyond repair and would need to be replaced. He headed to Lowe's for the materials. After he had left for Lowe's I found myself wishing I had asked him to pick up spray paint to paint the pipes the same color as the roof but figured that was out of the scope of work. Within 20 minutes, he was back on the roof replacing those sleeves and sealing all other roof penetrations and interestingly, he must have read my mind because he was spray painting the roof vents to match the color of the roof. :-) Bobby took the time to discuss the condition of my roof as well as a quick look and discussion about my guttering system because I had asked some questions. He also provided before/after pictures that I could forward to my insurance company for proof of repair. He seems to be very knowledgeable. He was certainly punctual, efficient, and professional. I definitely recommend them to others and will most certainly call them for any future roofing needs.

I am very pleased with Trademark Exteriors and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. I hope I don't need another new roof anytime soon but when I do, Trademark will replace it. I got 3 estimates and Bobby had the most professional presentation. He detailed exactly what my roof needed and why, provided samples, and detailed the costs. He also worked with my insurance company and called me after he spoke with them to tell me what was happening with the claim. When I spoke to the insurance company and thanked them for the ease of the process, they said that his professionalism was the reason it went so well. The crew finished in one day and cleaned everything up. They also reinstalled my solar tubes. I don't expect to a have any problems but I have no doubt that if I do, they will be taken care of.

All the workers were fast, neat and efficient. When we called Bobby, the salesman, with a question, we got a prompt call back. Some of my neighbors had terrible problems with the roofers they hired. The work took days and the men did not clean up the area. Bobby also repaired paint that was chipped off the ceiling of rooms when the roof was replaced. The gutter men did a vey good job of matching the trim on our house when they replaced the gutters.
