The overall experience went great! I contacted Trademark by e-mail after seeing the good reports from other Angie's List users. I received a call from Jason Peterson within a day or so. He was very pleasant and very helpful on the first phone call and gave me some tips even if I decided not to choose Trademark to do the work I needed done after receiving hail damage. We made arrangements for Jason to come over to take a look at the damage. He spent almost two hours going thru a binder with very helpful information and photos of other jobs completed and what to look for with hail damage. He assured us that he was comfortable dealing with the insurance company and would make sure everything was approved before they started the work. We thought on it for a day or so and I called Jason back to let him know we wanted Trademark to do the project. My insurance adjustor missed the layer of wood shingles under the two layers of composite shingles so of course the cost was going to increase significantly. I contacted my insurance agent to see if he would come back out to give me a new estimate. Jason met him at the house to go over what was needed and they got everything ironed out. The roofing crew came out about 7:00 a.m. the day of the installation and got the roof completed and the cleanup done by 8:00 p.m. on the hottest day of the summer. I was impressed. The roof looks great. The AC guy also came out the same day and completed the needed combing that afternoon when it was safe to be on that side of the house. Jason took the window screens and had them repaired and brought them back shrink-wrapped and ready to go back on the windows. I was not asked for any payment before any work was done. When I signed the agreement we were simply asked to stay on top of the mortgage company (check status of release of the insurance proceeds) and were told we might be asked to pay our deductible and any upgrades as soon as the work was done. I actually was not asked for payment even then, but I went ahead and paid my portion and signed over the first insurance check when Jason came by to drop off some insurance paperwork. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Jason and his crew. I don't have anything bad to say about the whole experience.

I called Trademark Exteriors Restorations to give us a quote. They showed up on time, gave us a quote. He said that I could give him a call. I was ready to commit. I called him up and tell him if I could get a schedule. He said OK and he would get back to me on the next day. He did not call me back as he said he would. I got them to come out and he showed up with 10 siding guys. The guy who did the actual siding work, showed them what to do. Then I went into the house, I came out a couple of hours later and saw some things that were not right on the sidings. It looked like he didn't remove the old sidings. I called back to the foreman and said I am not happy. He said not a problem, he'll be out later that day. Whatever is wrong, he will take care of it. I said OK, we'll figure this out. He called me back that night and said his truck broke down and he can't make it out there and that he will call me back on Monday. So he didn't call me on Monday. I called them and someone called back 15 minutes later. He took my information. The foreman called me back. He ended coming up the next week and he met with my wife. And it was just the lead siding and a worker. My wife explained what we were not happy with. It turned out the reason why they covered the old siding, was that the new siding was something to do with the weather. They were just waterproofing it from the exterior. They never communicated that. But they did take care of all the cosmetic appearances that was wrong. It was a long process. They did take care of everything, but we had to drag them to do it.

I highly recommend Trademark for any roof repair or replacement These guys are just the best. They show up as promised and do a turnkey job! They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with all their work.

Mr Bex and I met to discuss the products he would use. He explained each step and the reasons why one product would be better than another for that particular house. The products he suggested were not the most expensive, I never felt he was suggesting anything I did not need. He expained the cost of each product and how it would be installed. I paid one half of the total the day the products were delivered. We were rain delayed for about a week, but at the first opportunity, the crew was on site. My son was at the house during the removal of the old roof; shingles and decking. He commented that he was impressed how efficiently the crew worked. They were constantly moving and got the new roof on in one day. All the debris was promply removed from the site and we had absolutely no problems with nails etc in the yard. There were a few, minor things that needed to be adjusted and Thomas had someone out immediately to take care of them. (Honestly, I can't remember what they were.) After they were completed I paid the amount due. Mr Bex told me he would file the completed work to the insurance company so that they would send me the amout they had withheld for depreciation. This was over and above what I expected from a contractor.(He had done the job and was paid in full) Mr. Bex was true to his word and I received the check from the insurance company

OKC got hit with another hail storm last night (5/29/12). After reading other positive reviews on Angie's List I called Trademark Exteriors at 8:01 A.M. I had a an individual on my roof by 10:45 this morning. Unfortunately, my roof is totaled. Fortunately, I have found a great, punctual, Oklahoma based company with which to do business. After completion of the job I will add to this review.

They did a fantastic job! I was extremely pleased.

I had to intervene between the company and my insurance company to get the claim finalized even though I my understanding was they would handle all this part. I had to make contact with the company a few times when things seemed to stall out but the overall experience was good.

Based on previous reviews here on Angie’s list we called Trademark Exteriors for a roof replacement, due to hail damage, and Bobby Dickerson came out to give us an estimate. He went on the roof, did his measurements, and took pictures of our hail damage. He then explained our options, what they do and how they do it and a few days later dropped off the estimate. We asked Bobby to give us a quote on gutters along the back of our house as well, they do not do these themselves, but sub-contract it out, and he gave us a quote for the gutters along with our roof replacement. We got upgraded shingles at no cost due to what was in the warehouse stock at the time, he checked with our HOA to see what shingles and colors were acceptable, and they also improved our roof ventilation, and installed ice/snow dams in our two north facing valleys for no additional cost, all of these were additional costs for the other quotes we received. Once we decided to go with them the work was scheduled for that Saturday since the weather for that day and the next two were 60’s or higher. Everything was delivered the day before and right at dawn the team showed up and started work. They worked until it got too dark to finish and they got the area completely cleaned up before leaving and said they would return Monday morning to finish, they were probably 90% complete. They came Monday afternoon for some reason instead, got it all finished, and it looks great. Bobby came by a little while after the job was finished, and spent some time on the roof checking the work to make sure it was all done properly before collecting the check. We are very pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of this entire company, and would definitely use them again.

I was very impressed overall with this company, especially the salesman, Bobby. He filed insurance claims for me, made sure everything was completed as promised. He returned my calls immediately whenever I had any questions. Explained the whole process in detail for me in layman's terms. Included items that I wanted for free, just for using his company. I was very impressed with this company and would use them agian, and would recomend them to anyone looking for a professional company to repair their roof.

I think I have explained everything from start to finish.

He came out about three weeks ago. He is just awesome. He is honest and we really like him. We haven't received the estimate yet. He came out to look at our roof after being seen by another roofer.

Found Trademark Exteriors on Angie's List and e-mailed them for an estimate. The owner, Jason Werner, called me the same day and scheduled a time to come out and give me a free estimate. He showed up on time and was very professional. He gave me an estimate that turned out to be the lowest of the four estimates I had received from other contractors. Based on their Angie's List reports, I decided to have Trademark install my siding. I scheduled a time for Jason to come by and bring siding samples and sign the contract. He stated that he had the siding in stock and his crew could come out the very next day - which was a Saturday. I was very pleased to get it down so quickly. His crew of two men showed up about 8:30 or so on Saturday morning and got right to work. They had to take some warped siding off the gables and fireplace before they could install the new. They replaced that warped siding with plywood. When I left my house to go to work at 9:15 the guys were hard at work. When I got home at about 4:00, they had already finished the siding job and cleaned up as well. Jason called Monday to check on their work and then came by on Tuesday to do a visual inspection and get paid at that time. Overall, I was VERY impressed with Jason and his crew. I would definitely recommend them and plan to use them to do the siding in my entryway and front window areas next.

My wife and I were very pleased with TradeMark Exteriors, Inc.?s Project Manager, Shawn Bode, who was assigned to oversee the work on our house. He did an outstanding job of managing the work performed on our house that included removal/replacement of our roof shingles, felt, decking, gutters and 2 window screens. He was there every step of the way with us. He never hesitated to answer all of our questions and he took care of any concerns and changes along the way. In addition, we were both very appreciative for his interaction with our insurance company on our behalf and TradeMark?s. The work of TradeMark?s entire team on our roof, decking, gutters, and window screens was/is greatly appreciated. We will definitely use their company in the future if we have a need and we highly recommend TradeMark Exteriors, Inc. It was a pleasure to work with Shawn Bode and TradeMark Exteriors, Inc. We give them an A+ rating overall!

After several hail storms I knew I needed my roof replaced. I worked with Greg Cannon and he instructed me to first contact my insurance company and file a claim. Once I received my insurance information Greg took over, which is a good thing since I know nothing about roof replacement. Greg explained that now in Oklahoma when a roof is replaced that the roof must be brought up to current building code. He contacted my insurance company and worked with them to make sure that the roof replacement was to code, which meant new decking for me. His crew was very respectful and Greg stayed on the job the majority of the time supervising. They cleaned up the yard after they left and I have yet to find nails in my yard. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Trademark, particularly Greg Cannon. He really knows what he's doing.

Trademark Exteriors was professional and courteous. After my home was severely storm damaged, Trademark not only worked with my insurance company but also coordinated all the repairs at my convenience. They were always friendly and punctual. Trademark was able to get the money I needed to restore my home to it's beautiful original state. I really appreciate their care when dealing with my home and family. I would refer them to anyone and everyone.

Trademark Exteriors did an excellent job on replacing my roof and guttering after a hailstorm. Everyone involved including the appraisers, roofers and office staff was very helpful and professional. The quality of the workmanship was beyond my dreams. The company took great pride in making sure the job was done to my satisfaction, which it was. I would definitely recommend Trademark Exteriors and I have too many friends.

They responded the same day to my request for an inspection and were at my house the next day up on my roof and in my attic. They handled everything. I never had to be the "go between" with my insurance company and Trademark - they were in constant communication with my insurance adjuster regarding building codes, etc. Their representatives came to my house with shingle style and color samples, explained all the differences in shingle design and pricing, what was and wasn't covered by my insurance policy, brought out gutter color samples and even helped me choose the right combination that makes my house the best looking one on my street! I highly recommend Trademark Exteriors - they define customer service!

I got hit hard in the hail storm last May, I had no idea who to call. I ran into Greg Cannon at a business event and it was obvious that he knew what he was talking about. When he came to look at my home, he was very thorough in examining all of the damage. i was afraid that my insurance company would not pay out enough to cover all of the damage, but Greg was able to get them to cover all of the damage, all I had to pay was the deductible. Once the work began, which was a lot sooner than I thought it would be, they did an excellent job. In fact, when they set the time to show up, they were actually early. They left my yard nicer than when they got here, they even picked up the trash from the trash bag that a dog got a hold of the day before. While they were working on my house they also knocked on the neighbors doors and picked up the trash around their yards also. When they finished the work, they walked me around and showed me everything they did. They were very concerned that everything was done right. Greg left his cell phone number with me just in case anything was not right. I was so impressed with the way Greg treated my home and my family that I referred him to my grandparents. He took care of them as if they were his own family. Which is good because I am very protective of my Nana. Anytime I hear someone talking about their house being damaged, I tell them about Trademark.

I would not hesistate to use or recomment Trademark Exteriors !!

Excellent. Shawn came and quoted my job, he was much cheapter than anyone else that quoted. They did an excellent job and even handled working with the insurance company about additional work that needed to be done to my metal building. I have had 2 roof replacements and Trademark was by far the best. When they were all done, the job looked amazing and didn't find a single nail in my yard. No complaints at all and I will definitely hire them again when needed.

The finished product on our home is fantastic - We received all new siding, shake shingles and soffett. of course we were probably due to replace these items but the money out of our pocket it would have been hard to do. With the storm our prayers were answered and with the expertise of Greg we were not out one penny of our own money. Let this company handle your insurance repairs and work with the insurance adjustor to get you the maximum you deserve for your repairs.

The Trademark representative, Michael Werner, showed up unsolicited at my door offering to give us a free roof inspection. I told him we had a new roof and had not experienced any significant hail since we'd moved in. I made it clear I did not want a roof inspection and asked him to leave. He then asked for contact information, just in case we later wanted to have them inspect the roof for damage, which I gave him, letting him know that if I ever felt I needed any repair I would be taking competitive bids. The next day a Trademark "inspector" showed up at my house, claiming I had scheduled an inspection for 2 PM. I made it very clear I had not scheduled any such appointment and told him to leave. This company obviously engages in very hard sell tactics, which I don't appreciate and would not hire them regardless of how many references they show me.
