Extremely satisfied with everything. Tim was professional, prompt and definitely "knows his stuff." I like the fact that you are dealing directly with the company owner and not an inexperienced crew that really doesn't care about the end result. The OWNER of the company comes out and does the installation. His prices are very competitive, he does not try to sell you something you don't need, and he gets things done quickly. I highly recommend TPC Heat and Air.
