Our cleaning lady was a bit late, however, mgmt. called to advise us of the situation. (Other worker had something come up.) We appreciate that, it's something many businesses don't do. When Christina arrived, she got right to work and did an excellent job. Her estimate for the time was accurate and my wife said it's like having a new house!

We hired Total Care to do the job several years ago after finding their listing on Angle's List. We have delighted with the service ever since. In fact, this may be the longest stretch we have ever gone with a particular house cleaner or company. The cleaning is top-notch, the personnel delightful, and our special requests are always attended to (whether schedule or cleaning-related). Cristina has been cleaning our place for quite a while, and she is fantastic. If you're lucky enough to get her, she might do for you one day what she did for us this week: she cleaned our 14 year-old son's room from top-to-bottom. The kid came home and was completely blown away at how great his room looked. In my mind, if you can impress a 14 year-old boy, you're doing something VERY right. Cristina and Total Care certainly are!

Veronica and Sandra were very professional and got right down to business. Cleaned everything from top to bottom. Already have them scheduled to do my office and will definitely use them again for mnhome. Highly recommend!

Very well! Monette did a wonderful job and left our house cleaner than we have ever seen it. The only downside was that it took 7 hours instead of 6 hours, so we were charged for the extra hour. I'm not too upset about it since she did great work.

Not great. I used them once previously and the house looked great. This time, the lady just vacuumed and called it a day. My husband came home and said, "I thought the housekeeper was coming today." When I called to complain, the lady kept asking the condition of my house.

When I arrived home, I was thrilled to find everything done... it is hard to clean an entire house at one time when you are working. There was one small hiccup when they arrived 15 min late...I was just calling when they arrived. They did everything (2 ladies... sorry I do not know their names as someone else was at home) (hope the boss looks it up and they get accolades!) in 1 1/2 hours, and even cleaned my patio doors in that time too. While I cannot afford them on a regular basis (darn it), I will definitely use them again, when I can. This was my Mother's Day Present, and it was a great one!

Shower door was clear and sparkly. I mostly called about floors and she did what 3 hours worth of cleaning would offer moving from floors up based on what I said I wanted to spend. I was very satisfied with what she accomplished and how things looked when she left, I am not certain of the exact date but it was about a week ago.

I've used them 3 or 4 times. Each time, they have sent a different girl and each girl is different. Some of them have been A's and some of them are B's. The last one is basically the one I'm talking about. She's definitely a B.

We had a wonderful experience she showed up on time, brought all her own products, and went to work. I did not clean or pick up beforehand and when I came home my house was spotless! Even my kid’s room was organized!

I have used the same person for these services for about two years so I can only speak to her work. She arrives on time, is very pleasant and does a wonderful job. I trust her in my home when I'm not here. I'm not sharing her name because I want her to myself!! Would highly recommend - esp MW!

Daniela and Mayra were the ones who serviced my home. It was easy to communicate with them my areas of concern. They were extremely friendly and did everything to exceed my expectations. They paid a great deal of attention to my major areas of concern which were the bathrooms and kitchen. They even cleaned the fan in the kitchen, which I was not even expecting. They actually went over their allotted time, but they did not ask for an extra dime. They just wanted to make sure that my wife would be "Wowed" when she got home from her business trip. I definitely recommend Daniela and Mayra, because they take pride in their work. They also go out of their way to make you happy.

Problems at first. Didn't have us for the correct date and then it was only for a regular cleaning when we had specifically said deep cleaning. 2 ladies showed up for deep cleaning after Carmen worked schedules around. They indicated they would be finished in 2.5 hours. I was very disappointed in the results. Took pictures and sent to Carmen. She offered to send someone the following day to fix the issues. The next day May arrived. I had a list of things that I had found to be unsatisfactory and we walked through the house going over things. She said it would take 3-4 hours. When I came home I was pleasantly surprised! Everything was wonderful, cleaned as I had asked. All issues were resolved. Carmen did what she could to make things right, and I was very pleased. I will be using their services again; May is an excellent listener and follows through with what was asked. Great job Carmen and May!
