Tony Foss Flowers

Very often when I order flowers for a funeral, I will tell the florist to put together something nice for a specific amount of money, and I leave it up to the florist what to put in the arrangement. That was not the case this time. I went to Tony's website and picked out a specific arrangement I wanted--a combination of deep red roses with white lilies and some trailing white tendrils, reminiscent of the bridal bouquet the widow of the deceased carried twenty years earlier. I called on Tuesday and gave the person who answered the phone the name and number of the arrangement I wanted for a Friday funeral. I was very specific that that was the arrangement I wanted and I was told that there would be no problem. 

I arrived at the funeral early Friday and I noticed a nice arrangement of yellow roses with orange lilies, but I didn't see the arrangement I had ordered. I was horrified to realize that the yellow/orange arrangement was what had been sent instead of what I ordered. I immediately called Tony, who said the red roses and white lilies would not be in until later Friday, so they substituted the yellow and orange. I told him how unhappy I was and he offered to refund my money. I agreed to that, and it's because of the refund that I award him a D instead of an F. 

This was not a last-minute order. If Tony wasn't able to provide what I ordered, someone should have called me to tell me so I could have tried to source the flowers I wanted somewhere else.

We were very pleased.  They were very courtesy to me.  They also did a good job of explaining things to me.  They got it all done within a day.

It was spectacular. So, this time, I called. They remembered who I was, even down to the arrangement and flowers we'd picked. So I asked them to work their magic again and deliver it by noon...they did. You can always tell how good an arrangement is by the reaction from the other men who see it being delivered ... they all said that I needed to stop sending flowers to her office; that I was making them feel and look bad. The true mark of a beautiful and creative floral arrangement! I will always go to Tony Foss. Cheers!

I wanted a tall but not overpowering floor arrangement to place next to the piano for my daughter's master's recital. They loaned me a glass pedestal for the base and brought the flowers fresh the mornng of the recital. The arrangement was perfect. I returned the pedestal the next day and enjoyed the bowl of flowers for several days after. Very nice people in the store took me through the refrigerator to see and choose colors and accent flowers.

My experience with Tony Foss Flowers went very well. It was a nice floral arrangement that they fixed up for me, and I was real pleased with them. They did a good job at a reasonable price.

When my daughter and her fiancand eacute; were looking for florist's to hire for their wedding, the spoke with Tony Foss. They told him they knew nothing about flowers and had absolutely no preferences. He told them and quot;I will take care of you and it will be show biz fabulous.and quot; He told them to keep the cake fairly plain and he would take care of everything else. My daughter saw her flowers and her cake for first time the morning of her wedding day.

Tony did such a fabulous job and the flowers were so breathtaking that she started to cry. The flowers were perfect for her dress and especially for the venue. He did such an outstanding job on the cake that people were actually standing around it in a crowd taking pictures. Their cake was only $600 but it looked like a million. This man is so talented and such a phenomenal designer!

My advice to you is to just call him first and save yourself a lot of time trying to decide which florist to use. Tony Foss AND his staffs are are absolutely amazing!

I have used Tony Foss Flowers several times now and I am never disappointed! They do the most AMAZING tropical arrangements! My mom said she had nurses and doctors from all over the hospital stopping in to look at her flowers because they were so unique and beautiful! Best florist in town! Thank you guys for another great job!
