There was no extra charge for the bulk root that they removed. I was just really impressed with the service that we received from them. They charged us the 65 percent of the total cost of the tree and that includes the warranty on the tree.

They are great! I love TLC. They have a lot of stuff, it's reasonably priced, and it's healthy. I am not much of a gardener. I'm just brand new and I don't grow much. What they have is healthy and good, they are not cheap but not expensive either, they are just very reasonable, and the customer service is good too. It is a good company. I have recommended them already and I've used them again already. We've been there several times.

I do not recommend the bricklayer which is subcontracted but Shaun/TLC made sure that all the clean up and all problems were taken care of. The landscapers were execllent, and friendly. They listened to your ideas and made sugguestions. I would recommend TLC landscape service.

They are okay. We use them all the time. We've used them for years. They have quality plants, fertilizers and bug sprays. They are helpful.

Shopping was easy. All varieties of flowers, vegetables, herbs, shrubs, etc., were plentiful and healthy.

TLC Florists and Greenhouses Inc is really good. Their prices were reasonable. They were quick, efficient and they did a good job.

We've been going there for so long we know what we want and what we need, but their customer service is really pretty good and their selection is probably a lot bigger than most other greenhouses in town, which is probably why their price is a little higher. They're very well-trained and can answer any questions. We've never used the service, but we know that they do deliver and there's always someone fairly close if you need to ask a question.

TLC's professional designers provided five different designs for a unique courtyard space in our backyard. The designs were varying degrees of maintenance and costs and styles and once we narrowed what we wanted down to two, they quickly returned with a wonderfully easy and lovely space.
The landscapers and installers were quick and the quality of plants incorporated was excellent. All plants were guaranteed for one whole year, so in April the following year, TLC came out and checked all our plants and replaced them without ANY hassle or concerns. It was a fantastic experience and even without sprinkler system, all our plants are still thriving!
I'm ready to start on another project now!

They had some of the best service personnel to answer questions. They were very friendly and had good selection of plants. They had it in a nice location. The price was moderate, but not tremendous. We had to pay a little bit more to get a little bit more. We would definitely use them.

They have a very big selection and their staff is very knowledgeable. They've got a lot of people working. They are a bigger operation than Whispering Springs Greenhouse, they have an advantage that way. I think they have an extension which is the agriculture college. I think they have a lot of kids from there that work for them.

I bought 3 Hollys in the spring of 2011 for a total of $375.00 plus tax. The trees did not make it through the brutal summer of 2011 and all three died despite hand watering daily plus irrigation as much as the city would allow.
TLC did replace the trees last fall and I planted them at that time. Over this summer yet another one died - 2 of them made it and they all received the same care, so I chalked it up to a bad plant. I took it back to TLC and they told me that would not replace it a second time. As if I had some kind of scam going here!! As if I enjoy pulling plants out of my yard and driving them across Edmond!!
Essentially I paid $375.00 for 2 Hollys - a mathematical point that was lost on the and quot;managerand quot;. I have shopped at TLC for years and have spent thousands of dollars there. I know that I am paying more but I thought that it was worth it to get quality items and have them guaranteed. Apparently that only lasts once...
I won't be back.

They had good reviews, I found them on Angie's List. They were really helpful, I have nothing bad to say about them. My plants died but it wasn't my fault, I had the wrong pots. I probably will go back and ask more questions about pots. They are good, everyone on the reviews said they were more expensive but the flowers last longer.

I love them. I am in and out of there all the time, they are my garden center of choice. I'm usually in there a couple of times a week, but it's too hot to add things to the garden right now. They have really quality plant materials and the people who work there are very knowledgeable. They are not a price point business, that's not what they are about. You could buy at big box stores less expensively but you won't get the same quality. Whenever I have to have trees or plants delivered they set up an appointment time and they are here on time. I think they are very professional and very knowledgeable.

The overall experience was very good. The staff is very customer service oriented and knowledgeable. The selection of plants is amazing and the fact that they are grown onsite and acclimatized is a benefit. We found all the plants we needed and they are thriving in our yard.

I would recommend them to friends and family members. Their price is comparatively high. I guess I am generally getting what I am paying for for a higher quality of plant, but not always. Sometimes, it is just a different plant that I can't find anywhere else. They probably just have a larger plant selection, but I can find some of their annuals elsewhere for a lesser price.

They guaranteed the tree would last and I was very satisfied. The tree did not survive the heat of last summer so they came back and replaced the tree at no charge. They were excellent and asked no questions; just came out and put in the new tree. They did everything as advertised and I will use them again in the future.

We have always been very pleased with the services provided by TLC. Shaun has done a great job designing flower gardens for us. He has provided a one year warranty for the plants and has replaced a tree and some plants that "didn't make it". We have never had any difficulty with them regarding these replacements. On this job Shaun and his team came out and cleared an old garden area, prepared the land and laid the sod. They worked efficiently and completed the work in a timely fashion. They answered questions that I had and cleaned up the area completely.

The experience was great. I went with this vendor because of the rating on Angie's List, the reputation locally and their selection of flora. They gave me many suggestions and committed to deliver within a few hours. The gentleman was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Their service is always good, they are very professional and they are very knowledgeable. They are not the cheapest place in town but to me it's worth it because you know you always get quality plant materials and you're talking to people who know their business. You might get a similar product at a big box store for cheaper, but you will replace those as where these products will last for years. Over the long run they are a steal price wise. When they come out to plant a tree they are always here when they say they will.
