Roofing
Tim gave us an excellent bid. It was the lowest cost of the 5 bids we got, and also had the best quality materials, including Oriented Strand Board underlayment instead of plywood. The OSB is lighter weight, more stable and costs less than plywood. He estimated each item individually, and included detailed descriptions of the labor to be performed, including hammering each shingle by hand, daily clean up of the work site and removal of the old roof debris. His was the lowest and best bid of the 5 we received. We were very pleased with the job that was done.

Tin Man Roofing did an excellent job with the roof. They removed the old and installed the new professionally and efficiently. I am very pleased and would refer them to others.
