Jim was very professional and helpful while the job was taking place. I was very impressed and pleased with his work. After the job was completed I found about 10 spots a couple of weeks later where the wood floor joints had separated and 4 places where the floor continues to "pop". I have not been able to get Jim to return my calls to come out to fix the floor. It seems that since I am no longer a "paycheck" his professionalism has gone out the door.
