Great. They gave me a military discount (they prompted me, not vice versa, which is nice). Very friendly, great job done on the car? definitely recommend to others!

The greeting was warm. The front desk was courteous and efficient. The tint was done quickly and looks great. They even put a piece of tape over my door window control to remind me not to roll it down for two days.

Tiki Auto Glass replaced my cracked front glass on my classic Pontiac. They were very responsive and worked hard to use extreme care to remove and replace my front windshield while protecting my new paint job and front dash. They located some rust under the glass and recommended a shop to repair the rust before installing the glass. Another shop may have done their work without ever informing me I had another issue that needed to be addressed before they performed their work on the car. This customer care did not make them any extra money, but served me well enabling me to correct a problem I would never have known about until sometime down the road when that rust would have continued to grow and eventually damaged the car costing me more money to fix. The personnel were great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone needing glass replacement or window tinting. I later used them to tint the windows in two other cars and they delivered fast and affordable work. Use this company.

After contacting my usual and quot;go-toand quot; glass replacement business, I got a quote for over $350.00. I then searched Angie's List, saw the excellent review for Tiki Glass on SE 29th, and called for a price quote. It was less than $200. I made an appointment for a few days later, took the vehicle in and 2hours later it was ready to go. It works great and the regulator has a lifetime warranty. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. There were other customers coming and going and all were singing Tiki's praises. This is my definite and quot;go-toand quot; place for auto glass.

It went very well. We were able to make an appointment within a couple days of when we called and the service was performed that day. The tinting was done to our satisfaction with no problems. The Tiki employees were very friendly and professional.

Even though shop is in MWC, came to my house in far NW OKC. On time and friendly service. Saved me a bunch of $$$ of national chains. Great job and would strongly recommend.

My Ford conversion handicap van had a broken windshield and I couldn't take it in for replacement.
They came to my house and replaced the windshield quickly and professionally.
The only drawback was that I couldn't schedule a specific time, they just say they'll be out sometime between 8am and 5pm.

Went very well, they do an excellent job and worked with me since I couldn't make it there before they closed. Very friendly and professional group. Had window on my truck replaced and complete tint done. Gave detailed instructions on what I could and couldn't do so my experience would go smoothly.

I found Tiki very highly rated on here, so I gave them a call for an estimate. My insurance company did the rest of the legwork and all I paid was my insurance deductible.

Tiki gave me a time window of when to expect the installer, then called me about an hour in advance to let me know the installer was on the way and to clarify directions to where I am; they installed it at my office. The installer gave me a call when he was near, so I'd be ready to go down to the parking lot when he got here. He called me back a few minutes later when he found my car and I came down to sign the authorization to start the replacement.

About 20 minutes later, the installer called me back to let me know it's finished so I went down and saw how well it was installed and paid them my deductible. Couldn't have been easier or better!

Their first install yeilded a window that had a film and was "wavy" like so much of the aftermarket glass I have heard about. They came back out the next day and worked on the window to remove the film then I mentioned that I was not satisfied with the distortions through out the glass. Sharon sent the men over with another windshield that also have distortions, so she asked me to give her a few days to find an alternate suppler. Today they came by and put in a new window that looks great and is really nice glass, their attitude through the whole ordeal has been nothing but professional. I would highly recommend Tiki and this is saying quite a lot as I am the ultimate perfectionist and they surpassed my expectations.

I called the business and got the information I needed and set up an appointment. It took about 2 1/2 hours as I was told. There is a waiting room if you have to wait. They are very nice people.

Someone broke my back window out of my car and stole my purse. I had called many companies to price the replacement window. I even called a salvage yard for a price. Tiki even priced lower than the salvage yard. The original price quoted was from a well known auto glass provider, their price was $335 and I would have to wait a week to have the glass fixed. My glass was fixed same day. I was even given the option of them coming to me. It took 30 mins from the time I walked into the store from the time I got back into my car. All I can say is 'Thank you, and wow!"

When I was calling for quotes, the young woman who answered was very polite and helpful. When she didn't know the answer, she refered to the guys who actually perform the services. Their quote was the least expensive and they were able to do the work the next day. Before coming to my office, the servicemen called to let me know they were on their way. I met them in the parking lot and opened the car so they could replace my windshield. It took less than an hour and except for the tape temporarily supporting the windshield, you couldn't tell it had been replaced. The servicemen were very nice, the work was superior and they had the best price of 4-5 auto glass companies I called. I will defintely use this company again if I need auto glass work done.

The folks were very professional and provided a 10% military discount to boot! We love the way the car turned out and would recommend them to anyone. I will be using them again for my future vehicles. They weren't the cheapest quote I found, but after further research on the BBB website, the businesses the cheaper quotes came from had C and D ratings with the BBB, versus Tiki's A rating. I believe this might be one instance where you get what you pay for. Especially when considering a $200 expense for a $30k plus car. Very satisfied and will use again!

I spent $200 on that work. I told them I would be there and they were able to get me in quick. They did the windshield very professionally and clean. They were also able to get my vehicle in and out and some places can’t do that. I have no problems with it and there are no leaks and I am going to have them replace another one for me. They were great especially being the only certified auto Glass Company in Oklahoma City. They were less expensive than some of the other companies that were not certified.

Very smoothly. Arrived a little late but understandable due to recent hailstorm. But once here, nothing but business. Very quick and nice.

Called and got an appointment when I was going to be in town. When they were running behind, they called me to set the time back so I didn't have to sit and wait a longer time. I do so appreciate that heads up.
