Manny and his team were professional, friendly, considerate, punctual, clean, and every other good adjective you can think of!  I cannot say enough good things about their service.  I would absolutely hire them again with joy, except their work is holding up so well that I don't expect I'll need them to come back.  They also recommended a duct cleaner and someone to pull the air conditioner coils, and those gentlemen were amazing as well.  All in all these were collectively the best service people I've ever had to my house.

. This was a 3-step process as we had to have the heat-pump removed by HVA/C company (Ben Milam Heat, Air Conditioning and Electric out of Chickasha - Cost $672.00)so Thunder Ducts would do the plenum repair then Milam came back to reset the heat pump. Also had to have the ducts cleaned by another company who used a camera, suction and no brush prior to the plenum repair, then came back and used camera and brush after the repair (Aircare Master, LLC out of Oklahoma City - Cost - $800.00) Total cost for all this was $5,032.00 instead of the $7,000 to $10,000 it would have cost to put the ducts in the attic. We are very pleased with the results, like the 15 year warranty, and were very impressed with the professionalism of all these companies. It's wonderful to not have sand coming up through the vents. Would definitely recommend these people and would use them all again.
