Purchased headboard first. Was going to use our old rails for the headboard. Got home and found that headboard wouldn't work with our old rail system. So we went back and purchased the footboard with siderails that went with this bed. Put bed frame up with no problems and went to put the mattresses on and it wouldn't fit. We needed the Queen mattress support system that goes under the bed that they failed to give us. So we call the store to explain the problem and they are asking me are we in a hurry to get this done, the man that handles this problem is gone for the day. That they will get on it first thing in the morning. So, our room is in disaray and we will wait till tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and they call first thing when they open at 10:00. First thing out of her mouth is she wants me to go measure our mattress which they think is a full size vs a queen. I told her I already told her last night that we know what size of mattress we have, 60 x80, and I believe I should know when I am buying queen sheets and comforters for this bed for the past 5 years. Then she has to call me back, and she tells me that they failed to give us the mattress support system for this bedframe, and that we will have to come and get it. I told her we would not come and get it. Because of there incompetence we are missing part of a bed they sold us and they need to deliver it. It's called business etiquette. You make a mistake, make it right.
