The board they bought to replace our cedar panel was smaller and it was cut and caulked together. The drip system hoses were so large and looped so loosely that could see them from the road. I was upset when I saw the job because the repair was very obvious to the eye and the drip system was not going to work for me. There was also a sprinkler that blew under our sidewalk when they capped the sprinklers in our flower bed. When I complained to the owner he seemed most concerned about payment but did come out to remove the drip system, fix the sprinkler, and smooth the board. The repair does look better. The drip system was removed and I am not sure about our sprinkler system yet. But, he was paid his full price plus cost of sprinkler head that blew. I would not use again or recommend this company.

Was selling older house. Brought in Surefix to do an assessment on repairs/updates needed to make house more marketable. Received a thorough list of suggested/needed repairs and their costs two days later. Very reasonable on the price. They state that they want to help getting you a buyer and get maximum value. They really do. Told them to go ahead with $2800 worth of repair. Before they got started got a a solid offer which we accepted. But condition of offer was to credit buyer for repairs so their friend could do it. Asked Surefix to cancel scheduled work. They could have demanded to do the work or made my life difficult. Instead, they said "no problem", congratulated me on getting an offer, and said "glad we were able to help". That says a lot. A whole lot. If you are selling a house, the $399 assessment will be money very well spent.

Surefix did an excellent job. They were prompt, courteous, and the workmanship was flawless. I only wish I had known about their "Sellfix" service before I put my house on the market. Highly, highly recommend!
