Dal, Sebastian, and Jalil are an excellent team. They were very professional. Care was given to our property to keep it clean every day. This team represents Sunrooms and what they advertise. Always friendly and took time to answer our questions. We highly recommend this team as a five star plus! If we do further addition we will request them.

We had a patio cover installed with lights and ceiling fans. I am so impressed with the whole process with this company and how they paid attention to every detail! We were considering installing a wood pergola but decided to go this route instead and I’m so glad we did! The patio cover passed our expectations and it looks like it’s part of the house! I am so impressed with how beautiful it all turned out! The installers Joe and Josh, paid attention to every detail and wanted me to be happy with the results. They were so nice and friendly and I always appreciate that. Thanks so much Sunrooms & More!

Absolutely amazing. So many good ideas were brought to the table by Sunrooms and More professionals. Not ideas that cost more just good ideas that kept us on budget. The question is would we use them again? I wouldn’t use anyone else even if I had to wait on them for a year.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. I had them attempt to install a patio on the back of my home. Part of the installation included the mounting of a $1000.00 solar shade seen in the uploaded photos. I stipulated that the solar shade was to be mounted flush against the south wall of my house extending an inch beyond the outside edge of the western-most column, to which Bill from Ozark Sunrooms and More agreed. As the photos clearly depict the solar shade was mounted six - seven inches to the side of the south wall of my home leaving a two - three inch gap between the edge of shade and the inside edge of the western-most column. I have repeatedly communicated this issue to Ozark Sunrooms and More, yet Bill refused to address this breach of contract. To add insult to injury, Thomas D. Stockland from Stockland & Trantham, P.A. emailed me this morning threatening to put a lien on my home unless I pay in full for work that is clearly in breach of contract. The technicians who can to install the cover admitted that this patio cover system was not one which they were familiar. Sensing my concern, they attempted to reassure me that the system was "pretty intuitive." It was obviously not. They struggled with how to install it at every step. After completing most of the work the technicians explained that they could not figured out how to mount the solar shade. They said that they had never installed a solar shade of this length before, ten feet; and, that it's size made it too heavy to attach directly to a panel itself. Additionally, they said, even if the panel could bear the weight, they couldn't figure out how to mount it as they did not have mounting brackets large enough to compensate for the slope of the panel over a span of ten feet. They apologized and said that Bill would have to come and figure out what to do. A week or so later Bill did come. He also acknowledged that he had never mounted a solar shade of this size before. After a while he proposed running an addition header that would be attached to the western-most column and the masonry of my home. I agreed, and he did so. He then mounted the solar shade to this new header. As per the first photo the new header was installed inside of the primary header which meant the solar shade could not be mounted, as previously agreed, ) When Bill came to show me the installation, I protested profusely, clearly and explicitly stating that this was not what we had agreed to. He flatly apologized and simply stated "that was the best we could do." I reiterated my intense disappointment and fervent disapproval to which he, again, flatly apologized and repeated, "that was the best we could do." I have to admit I was somewhat stupefied in my disbelief. Not knowing what else to do I decided to see if the solar shade would work in spite of its offset mounting. it does not. As the prevailing winds tend to be from west to east the edge of the house, against which the six - seven inches of shade rests due to its offset mounting, acts as a fulcrum twisting the shade inward in all but the slightest of breezes. This twisting motion frequently results in the solar shad being caught behind the western-most column and further buckling inward. In addition to the damage to the solar shade from the abrasion against my house and buckling inward against the western-most column, the offset mounting results in substantially less shade. The gap between edge of the solar shade and the inside edge of the western-most column, depending on the time of day, results in a large portion of the patio receiving direct western sunlight. When the solar shade has twisted and buckled inward after been caught behind the western-most column an even larger portion of the patio receives direct western sunlight. More concisely phrased, the offset mounting of the solar shade results in damage to the shade itself and prevents the shade from adequately performing its sole purpose. We are not satisfied. The job looks great and the quality of the material was top notch, but we came across one major issue. They did not install the doors correctly, so whenever the strong north winds come through it blows right through the seals of the door. I have contacted them to fix the issue, but they wont come back to fix it! Its very cold in the evenings and we need to get this fixed, its just very bizarre we cannot get a hold of them now. For the amount of money we paid them to do tho job, they should come out and fix the issue!

The sunroom is excellent.  I would recommend it to anyone.  They were honest with their word from the beginning.  I would not have them do any extra work.  The extra work done is only roughed in and unfinished.  Getting a return phone call is not always as soon as you would like it.  But overall the room is great!

They were very good about answering all our questions and showing us in detail how the patio cover worked, colors, ordering time, install time, etc.  Really no surprises, except we love it more than we thought we would!  It was a little difficult to get hold of them a couple of times, but nothing worth complaining about.  They followed up with us after the install and had a field employee come out and check everything just to make sure it was all working properly.  Although it was a little expensive when compared to a plain patio, it was well worth it and we are extremely pleased.  We will be back soon to purchase motorized screens and have them installed as well.

This was a 4 month process. In the end, it was done well. We have had no problems except a minor leak after the hail storm of the century, which was amazing. I felt it was very expensive but, looking back, I don't regret a dime because we love this room. The problems we had were typical, I guess. Certain things have to be done in a certain order so waiting on different workmen turned into a huge issue. The contractor was polite and promised the moon. But he turned out to be unreliable about answering calls or showing up when he said he would. After the hail storm last year, he convinced us he was the best contractor to take care of our new roof, gutter and sunroom repairs because his guys knew how to protect the sunroom. Made sense to us, but it was a mistake. I would not hire them again for a job like that. Workmen had to come back multiple times to get things right. So, if you want a sunroom, this is a quality product. The workmen do an excellent job. And it is guaranteed: if it ever leaks, they will fix it. You will love it!

When we tried to contact the company, we were always told that they were out of the office and would get back to us, but didn't.  After several weeks we finally call the corporate office.  They called the local office who did finally call us and come out at the end of July 2013.  They did not, however, fix anything as they said we would need the roofing people to come out and assess the leaking of the overhang problem and then they would come back out.  The roofers came out and fixed the overhang problem.  We called once again to get them out to fix our still leaking windows and again no one to take our call and would call back. I had been given the cell number of the person that had come out and he too did not answer my calls. This had now gone on for over three months since the very first call.  I called once more and insisted on speaking to a manager or would call corporate office again. Manager came on phone and I explained why I was so dissatisfied. He stated that the cell number of the one person I had tried to call no longer worked for them.  This did not explain why when I was calling all the times before that the office person answering the phone didn't tell me this bit of information.  Management finally did get someone out (Aug 2013) and as of today we think our problem is solved.  However, we have not had a hard blowing down pour of rain to really test it. The workman that did finally come out was very nice and we think did a good job. We love our patio but hope never to have another problem as it takes a miracle to get someone out to fix any problem.

We love our room.  All staff we encountered, from the sales/designer to office staff and the employees that managed and performed the construction were extremely professional and competent.  We were impressed with the attention to precise details.  We cannot say enough good about the experience with this project.  They delivered on everything that was promised (taking pains to accommodate even the smallest request).  The quality of the materials and construction have more than met our expectations.  The worksite was, as promised, left clean. (In fact, they continually cleaned as they worked.)   We would recommend them.

Before making our choice of Four Seasons, we talked to other companies and researched several "on line" reviews and customer comments.  Ultimately, we chose Four Seasons Sunrooms in Oklahoma City and are very glad we did.
It was a pleasure to work with them....from the sales designing and planning team, everyone we dealt with was "extra-ordinary".
They were timely and were on location when they said they would be, which we appreciated very much.
Everyone performed their work in a professional and courteous manner and we would highly recommend them to anyone considering a sunroom installation.

They were very professional.  Also, the sunroom they did was great.  They helped me design it and figure out what would be the best layout and everything.  They came to the job, and I have no issues with them.

My solarium was installed before we bought the house.  It is beautiful but if you ever have any kind of a problem, it's a nightmare.
Our room was 5 years old when we bought the house and within a year or two we began having problems with the sliding glass doors at either end.  I called and called and finally got an estimate for replacement doors which was 2-3x the amount of any other door, including Pella or Anderson.  The problem is they are just a touch too short for most companies to even provide custom doors.  I did finally find a company who could make the doors.  Then I noticed paint bubbling on the stem walls.  I repainted and it happened again so I had someone remove the sheetrock and it seemed the windows were leaking badly and had been for some time.  Alot of the wood in the walls was rotted.  Once again I called and it was at least a year and one half before anyone came out.  They brought someone from the company to inspect them and I was told they were covered under warranty.  They still didn't replace them until I had damage in the glass roof during the hail storm in 2010.  Two panels of glass were broken.  Don Durrett told me that the color o the glass had changed and they needed to replace the entire ceiling/roof or it would look patchwork.  Insurance paid around 32,000 to replace the entire rooof and I got them to replace the windows at the same time.  Several months later I got a bill for over $6,,000. for the cost of the windows.  I called and reminded them that the windows were covered under the warranty and I wasn't going to pay for them.  I had already paid to repair the damage caused from the leaks and had replaced the sheetrock twice.o     I never heard from them again until this year when another panel broke during the hailstorm last may.  They informed me they would not replace it until I paid them the $6000 for the windows.  I haven't found anyone else that can replace this ceiling panel and I feel like I'm being held hostage by this company.  They seem much more interested in selling new products that maintaining existing ones and trying to get anyone to return a phone call involves weeks and months of calling and re-calling their office.  Deal with this company at your own risk!

Mathew is the owner’s son and he went above and beyond the call of duty. He is amazing. He had the most simple installation but he was at our house like a dozen times, at our beck and call for all of our measurements. It was impeccable customer service. He worked with our other contractors to make sure all measurements were precise. He also drew out an entire proposal for our homeowner’s association to make sure everything was approved through the process because we have a very intricate homeowner’s association and he had to meet the specifications. So, he helped us pass that and I had to go through only our legal department. He just amazed me. We had a spline bolt that was off and he came out personally and did it himself that same day. We don’t get many people that are attentive to customers.

It is a much higher quality than the original one was, and their price was reasonable. They were professional from the person who came out to give us the estimate, to the men working on the project, to the handling of dealing with the insurance company. I would recommend them to other people. Of course it is always smart to get several bids/estimates on any project and be sure you are comparing the same quality of materials when you make your decision.

The price was a little high, but it is a nice sunroom and you get what you pay for and I'm happy with it.  We had a few minor issues with sweating and rusting, but they came out and replaced the equipment.  I ended up upgrading my door and I only had to pay the difference between the two to get a much nicer door. I was happy with the service and the way they resolved my issues.

The work Four Seasons Sunrooms did was great. It was just that there were so many delays in them getting started and finishing the job and I had to make many calls. I'm not sure if it was materials or what caused the delays. But I love the finished product.
