They came out and did an inspection and put in a sham underneath it because it was making a noise. I am very satisfied with their work. There was one guy that came out and was very good and professional.

Sunbelt Heat and Air installed a new Ruud  central heat and air conditioning unit.  Bill Herring and his crew were efficient and finished the work timely.

Highly recommend.

I got at least 6 estimates due to the higher costs. At the time, Angies List did not include Sunbelt as a reference for the Shawnee area and I am very dependent on Angie for a reference. Sunbelt was extremely motivated to work with me, they followed up with me by leaving telephone voice mails every couple of weeks, as I had to take my time in making a decision regarding who would do the work. The service manager/contractor was very knowledgeable and he took the time to explain what I needed. The estimate was competative, maybe even a little higher, but I felt very comfortable with the service and felt spending a little more money would benefit me in the long run. When I had some and quot;pricingand quot; questions, the service manager/contractor sat down with me and answered my questions. The company worked with my schedule and even accomodated me when I made a few last minute requests/changes i.e.; type of thermostat, pedestal legs for the outside unit. The technicians, who installed the unit, were very organized and cleaned up the environment before they left. I would definitely work with this company again and would recommend them to friends, family etc.

They were very good and did a great job. They were reasonable, did what they were going to do, did the cleanup and left. My daughter was very happy with their work. I would use them in the future over the people I used before.

They are very good to work with. We just had to have our heating and A/C system moved from foundation to attic and they did a great job on that. They left no mess, did all the duct work and took care of us with something that we had no knowledge of whatsoever when we called them.

The guy that came out from Sunbelt Heat and Air Service was very professional and very nice. He told us how do it ourselves so he didn't have to come out and do it every summer.
