In my 40 years of housekeeping he was by far the best cleaner I have had. Very personable and I was impressed with one rug that had an odor. He said he would clean it but because it was a wool rug they tend to be that way so he saved me the trouble and the money which made sense.

So after waiting a week for a return to reclean the rug they failed to clean properly the first time they showed up an only cleaned the back side of the rug. Honestly I was afraid of this when I was put off for a week and told they couldn’t send a different crew because they didn’t have another crew. He made every excuse in the world why he didn’t need to do anything more like clean the entire rug again! He kept talking about the previous review I left. He was very rude and even called me sir no doubt to try an insult me. I had to ask him 3 times to leave my home. He was very upset by my previous review and made it very clear. They owner then called me to defend him and the poor workmanship. Of course his tech failed to tell him they only cleaned the back side of the rug and had no intention of cleaning the rest of the rug, I did not ask him to leave until he said he wasn’t cleaning the rug face again, it was as clean as it was going to get. I am giving them a D because the receptionist did schedule them for a second visit such as it was and she was personable and did show some concern over the first visit.

They arrived late, tried to vacuum with a machine that the pile wound up in so it did a very poor job. I have pics of what I raked out of the rug. The cleaning process did nothing but wet the rug. 1 talked, 1 stood and 1 worked but didn’t get the job done. I did call the company and they will return to redo in a week, in the mean time the rug is outside....... perhaps ruined. I did explain the type of rug over the phone.

Arrived on time as scheduled. Very professional. They moved and replaced furniture as needed. In and out less than 3hrs.

the experience was stress-free. they couldn't get all the stains out of the carpet, but they worked on them extensively.

Ronne and Jimmy called to let me know they were running a little ahead of schedule and asked if they could come early. When arriving the gentlemen introduced themselves, very polite, friendly and dressed appropriately, explaining the procedure and prices.They did not try to sell me something I did not need.Thank you very much!. I chose to clean large living room,sitting room and clean out the dryer vent. . They both took their time to over look the situation, moving furniture and pretreating carpets.Their professionalism showed off while taking time to vacum, hand wipe down baseboards, brushing carpets and making sure the fringe was straight on the throw rug, so it would dry correct . As for the dryer vent, Jimmy was able to clean it out without a hicup. The carpets turned out beautiful and smell clean, considering we own pets. They also left a free bottle of spot remover for a thank you gift. Thank you gentleman, I will recommend you to friends and family.
