I visited the Storm Safe showroom on the I-35 Service Road to get an idea of what size shelter would suite our needs. Ryan was very helpful. She was knowledgable about their products as well as the installation procedure. I selected the medium size shelter with the wider steps and hydraulic jack. They gave me a better price compared to their competitors. They also gave me the documents I needed to submit for the proper city permit.
When I first asked about their schedule it was going to be 2 to 3 weeks before they could do the installation. I told them my schedule was flexible and asked if they could work me in anytime sooner. The manager told me they'd give me a call if they had an earlier opening. The next day they called and said they had an opening in their installation schedule for Monday. I purchased the shelter on a Wednesday and it was installed on the following Monday!
The crew that did the work were very fast, efficient, and very professional. They cleaned up and hauled off all the concrete and dirt and did not leave any kind of a mess.
I'm impressed with Storm Safe and I'd recommend them to others.

Went to their showroom to make arrangements to have the shelter installed. We paid a deposit and set a date. The company called a day early to see if we were game to have it installed a day early. We said yes and an hour later they were here. We showed them where we wanted it but after hearing their recommendations about which way the door should face, we decided to take their advice. And we couldn't be happier. They sloped the dirt on either side and it looks great.

They arrived a little bit late due to morning track but that was no issue to me. During the whole process they cleaned as they worked which made everything easier at the end of the install. We would use them again for the future and recommend them to all are friends

Arrived on time, were very efficient and knew what they were doing. Very plesant to work with. Everything was done as it was suppose to be done with no problems. Took about 6 hours. Did a great job, would recommend them to family or friends.

They did a great job! We received a quote and scheduled an install date the first time we called. The construction crew was friendly, showed up on time, and worked quickly. It only took a little over 3 hours from the time they showed up until the were finished and cleaned up.

I was promised that the shelter would be installed at least 1/4" above the floor of the garage so that water would not run into it. It was installed level or a little beneath the floor of the garage. The installer said his power washer was broken so he could not wash off all the red mud from my garage and driveway. He said to call their office and they would send someone out to wash them off the next day. I called and left a message. About a week later someone from storm safe called and asked me how it was and was I happy. I told her the same things I have written above and she said she was sorry and would write a work order to fix it and someone would call me back. Nobody ever called me back. Now as I am walking in the storm shelter I can hear water sloshing underneath it. Both times when I have again called them to ask about it I am told the owner is on the phone and will call me right back but they don't.

They arrived on time and were very professional. The finished product was done very well. My only complaint is the shelter has had some rusting issues (due to all the salted snow from winter) and the light/fan that was provided was cheap and not very good quality.

Over all very pleased. They were able to schedule me in within a week (well before tornado season). Came out 30 minutes early and were done in just under 4 hours. Shelter looks great and is fairly big for the price paid compared to some other companies.

They did a very good job. I would recommend them. Two men did it. They did it in less than half a day. I could have gotten it cheaper but we got a medium size, because my wife doesn’t like to be underground. She is kind of claustrophobic. So I got a medium which is not the largest one they have, but it's good enough for her. We can stand up in it, so that's good.

After 3 1/2 months, the concrete poured around the storm save crumbled.  Storm Safe came out and resolved the situation.
I would use this company if I purchased another home.  Nice company to work with.
