After a hassle free report on my roof/eaves problem, she assured me that she would have Daniel contact me asap. I heard from him almost immediately, and met at my house, soon afterward, to show him the awkward damage that the previous owner had obviously rushed through. Daniel set a date to have the damage fixed, and it was done quickly, and efficiently. It turned out to be much more of a job than first thought, but they finished it even better than before. 
I highly recommend this company, and have been remiss in not getting this re-review up on this site.

StormMaster was GREAT!! We selected StormMaster based on their impressive reputation, high BBB score, the fact that they were in business for over 25 years, they are 100% debt free and insured and bonded. Their price NEVER exceeds what your insurance company's total claim settlement is. Our sales rep, Kenny Ratliff & the General Manager, Daniel Guzman, could not have been more helpful. They take customer service to a new high! After the initial call to our Travelers Insurance rep, they handled all of the paper work with the insurance company. Kenny also met the insurance adjustor the day of the inspection and was on the roof with the adjustor for over an hour. Kenny was able to point out areas to the adjuster that were key in the final decision that the roof would be replaced. He also pointed out damage to our gutter due to the hail. StormMaster's price may be a tad higher than its competitors but they are example of "you get what you pay for". They do a high quality job and use the best materials. We could not tear the Rex Synflet that was used on our roof, it was so resilient. They found areas of our roof in which the plywood needed to be replaced and they replaced it with no additional expense. The 4 turbines were also added at no cost and were in lieu of roof ridges or vents, that our roof line could not accommodate. Daniel was here during the removal and the installation and ensured that the work was being done correctly and that all nails were removed from our yard and driveway. Daniel provided the utmost customer service and was available to also answer any questions we had. The roof removal & installation could not have gone more smoothly. We would not hesitate to recommend StormMaster.

Willie Riley was extremely attentive. It was a big project, and they did a great job. The service could not have been better. They were always quick to return my calls. They responded quickly to fix problems that came up during the job. They could not have been any better!
