Mr. Joe Thomas was very friendly from the initial meeting and estimate through the installation completion. We were initially unhappy with the large kitchen island countertop, because the slab had been cut and spliced through the center, when our original discussions, and clear intent, was for the slab to be one solid piece, with no cuts. About one week after the installation, the seam/splice in the large countertop split, and was no longer connected. We contacted Joe, who promised he would come out and fix it in a week or two. This went on for about 2 months, with continued promises to come out and repair the seam. After about two months, he would no longer return emails, phone calls, or even hand delivered letters. His Better Business rating went from a "B" when we hired him, to an "F" by the time we realized we had been duped. Several months later, still no return contact from Joe. We've now had to hire another quartz installer to have the job redone. Poor professionalism, poor work quality, and overall poor business / individual.
