Mr. Brown is a fireman who does this work on his days off. All of his work comes from "word of mouth" . We were able to get an appointment just a few days after our call. I will call him the next time we need our carpets cleaned. He also does water removal if that is something you need. He was dressed in a nice,clean work uniform which I feel like shows that he is a professional, not a "fly by night" person. And...when you call him....you get him in your home to do the job, not someone you can't trust. Mr. Brown is a christian person who came very highly recommended by someone who has known him for a number of years.
