STATEWIDE TERMITE & PEST CNTRL

Statewide said the house needed to be treated for termites-I had two other professional extermination company come look and both said the the house was clear-it had actually been treated in the past.I had to end up treating the property anyway which was totally unneccesary. I'm in the house flipping business and have two other inspections which Statewide did-where he said they needed to be treated-but when I called out for additional inspections both times the house was found to be clear.

The seller of our home used Statewide Termite and Pest Control to treat significant termite damage in an exterior wall of the garage. At the time of settlement, Statewide provided a warranty for us that would allow yearly inspections for a modest cost of $85.00. We have taken advantage of this service yearly since we moved in back in October, 2007.
The inspections each year are very thorough, and I'm happy to report we have had no termite problems at all.

The initial scheduling was quick and flexible within 3 days. Rick called ahead and arrived promptly on time and explained everything he was going to do. He was also helpful in answering general questions about which bug sprays were the best for occasional spraying for spiders, etc... We will definitely call him again when it's time to spray for termites or any other bug problems.

We had Statewide out to do a termite inspection for us. He was very polite and thorough.
Very quick and flexible scheduling.

After inspection nearly all work was done outside around slab. Some termites had entered home through holes cut forwater lines. Holes were drilled around the area and termidor injected under the slab. No visible signs of activity sincetreatment. Also, my problem with ants went away.

He's easy to deal with and reasonable. If you have a problem he can get out there pretty quick. His prices are very reasonable.
