Stans Service Company

We have used Stan for repairs for many years.  He can fix just about anything.  He is very honest and reliable.  He has worked on Heating and Air, washing machines, dishwashers, and many other things.  I highly recommend Stan.  He is a professional in every sense of the word.

Stan is very honest which is what I love about him. He does heat and air conditioning service and does appliance repair. He has a service call rate, which is $75 an hour and then he gives me an estimate depending on the problem. He is very knowledgeable. I have never called him for anything he didn't know how to do in appliance repair and heat and air field.

Stan gave information on how to protect ignition and had a great attitude for making sure all my questions I had asked were satisfied to my understanding.

Came out first time-quoted me some prices. Came back to fix stove and dishwasher. When he came back sort of fixed the stove and said couldn't do the dishwaster because he couldn't get the water turned off in the kitchen. Said he would come back when the valve was fixed-I got it fixed and he came back today-after about 30 minutes said he couldn't fix it for what he had quoted me. This guy is terrible and I do not think he knows what he is doing. He also broke off a hand-painted knob on my cabinet the first time he came.

Our fridge is less then 5 years old. I called Angie's List. I found it in the paper and they sent this little old guy out. The first guy told us we had to get a new one. The first guy went on about his personal life. He did work hard on it and then my husband came home and noticed something was wrong with him so we called Stans Service. The little guy came out and he found out what it is he told us it was the plug in cord. Usually they charge over 100 and he didn't even charge full price. Price was very reasonable.

I was very pleased with Stan Rowell's work. He apologized for not having the correct part on his truck during his first visit, as he had just used his last part on another client. He was absolutely reliable, doing exactly what he said he was going to do, when he said that he was going to do it. In my opinion, he was also fairly priced for his service and he absolutely seemed to know everything about refrigerators.

Stans Service Company knew what they were doing. I would refer them to others. The service guy was very knowledgeable.
