"OK I have spoken personally with this client numerous times. The cost of service was discussed before scheduling, as always. The price for her home WAS more than a typical cleaning. For 2 reasons: 1. The job was over 10 hours, 2 days to complete amount of work neede. It hhadn't been cleaned at all in a very long time and she requested almost 8 loads of laundry to cmolete. This is a service we provide at an additional charge. She was made aware of tthis before I sent anyone out. The second reason was at the very last second I received a text message that she wanted to reschedule. Ok, no problem. But then on the evening prior to her next scheduled appointment I called to confirm, and was told they needed to reschedule again. Two days later we get a call requesting that someone come out immediately and clean her home. I moved two other appointments around and had to give large discounts to the other homes this inconvenience. But was able to get a girl out there immediately. Again same day service is an option we happily provide at a slightly higher rate. The mother in llaw was so impressed with the girls work she scheduled herself an appointment, so the job was completed beyond expectations. Then I start receiving phone calls about a missing metal soap dish? I had no knowledge of this told her anything that was cleaned would be in same spot but sometimes on a shelf etc but ALWAYS close to where it was originally. The phone calls and texts were to the point of almost harassment but none the less I actually had to let the girl go because of this and I'm beginning to question my decision. Her missing items continue to change and I've spoken with her numerous times and apologized. I do background checks on ANYONE I send into a home and have insurance. I informed her of this, mistakes do happen. That's why I'm insured. I wanted a chance to respond to this because I've never had any issues like this and will never have another. When I schedule appointments I'm up front about prices and should be on website as well. I know the girl did a wonderful job because her mother in law just continued to brag and scheduled her own appt. As always I'll do whatever I can to have satisfied clients. She's welcome to file an insurance claim or if she'd like I can take care of whatever issues she has personally. I feel this review is incredibly inaccurate based of what I keep hearing. Thank you for allowing me to respond. I'm running an honest business and just trying to make a living. I bent over backwards to get someone over there, lost money and possibly new clients and am getting review with a score of an F when prices were discussed, and a metal dish, one text said it was a cleaning supply, then she found them and is now saying a toy...which if they can't find I'd imagine it was rusty etc and maybe thrown out. But I don't know and hav ed done everything to make her happy since. Thank you."
Stacie failed to dust my husband's night stand and 2 dressers in each of the bedrooms. She did not scrub the shower, just sprayed it. She did not vacuum the wood floors before mopping as requested. She did not vacuum or mop under the dresser, tv stand, or couch. She cleaned one blind poorly and said she would return on Wednesday to finish the job. She billed me to clean all my blinds and ceiling fans. And I paid her - even for what she did not complete. She did not return on Wednesday. I have called twice and she has not returned my calls.
"Id like to respond to this review. The entire time I was cleaning, non stop, including the additional services she continued to request that we had not discussed over the phone. I tried to finish all the additional requests timely, but was unaware that she needed me to complete when her husband returned at 4, a full 2 hours short of the quoted time I gave her. I was rushing to finish to as fast as I could. Even once finished, I asked [member name removed] as I do all clients to look around and see if there is anything they are disspleased with. She went on and complimented me and was ecstatic to have me return. I moved another home back on friday and arrived twenty minutes early, when she informed me she was expecting me on wed. I apologized and offered to do the work free of charge, because we do guarantee all work. Yet she was wanting to do it herself. Even in business, you get clients that you are unable to make happy. I never received a single phone call at her home? Id still like to make right any additional things shed like fixed. I work very hard and no bad reviews will hurt me, but I genuinely thought [member name removed] was pleased when I left we were talking and rescheduled. I find this rather disturbing honestly, and confusing. There was a mistake on next appointment, and I do apologize. I take responsibility completely. If u read this [member name removed] I would like to have opportunity to fix the issues you have in your home. Thanks, Stacie"
