I just called him yesterday; I'm going on vacation in a couple of weeks and we have a party right when we get back, so they are going to come and make sure that the pool is party ready for when we get home. They open my pool and they close my pool. And we had some issues because it's an older pool, and Terry's been great to deal with. They are always on time and are very honest and upfront about pricing. He's kind of who I call when I deal with a new pool person. We had a leak so I had to have the leak people come out and he referred me to the leak people and they were great. And then the leak people referred me to somebody to fix the leak and I kind of had to touch base with Terry because I thought the guy was a little high. He's really been a great resource for me. I can't give him a high enough mark. He is very honest, knows his business, is courteous, and professional.
