We actually found Tammy on Angie's List through another posting, and we couldn't be happier! We had recently moved to the area and knew we wanted to buy a home sooner rather than later.  Wa had already done a lot of research on our own about the different communities and builders in the area we wanted to be in, and had things narrowed down to just a couple of builders and communities.  Tammy helped us throughout the process by getting us in to see homes that we were previously unable to, and giving us sound suggestions without ever being pushy. Sometimes we needed recommendations because of our unfamiliarity with the new construction process, and other times there were things we just didn't even think about; Tammy always had our back.
Tammy is great to get along with, and is always professional, even when our builder's agent/sales person wasn't. We had limited time off from our new jobs, so Tammy also helped us out by running interference on many things, and making sure we had the correct information when it mattered most. 
We highly recommend Tammy to anyone buying or selling a home, and we would absolutely work with her in the future.
