We are selling our home and the inspector indicated there were a few electrical issues that needed to be corrected. Jacob confirmed the code requirements and made recommendations accordingly. In addition, the inspector made an incorrect diagnosis and Jacob was able to explain their mistake and annotated it on our invoice. He replaced 3 electrical outlets and brought them up to code. He repaired a light fixture and discussed electrical code requirements overall.
Jacob was a very nice guy - not at all salesy or pushy - a little shy possibly, but a very good guy. We will absolutely use him for any future electrical needs.
