SOONER CHEM-DRY

Two to three weeks before Thanksgiving I made an appointment for them to clean my carpets. Ten minutes after the appointment time when they had not come I called. The telephone answerer told me she would check with the technician and call me back quickly. When she didn't, I called them back twenty minutes later. The first question they asked me was, "Are you sure you made your appointment with us?" I told them I had. Then the woman said, "We don't have you on our schedule." I asked if they had written us on another day. She looked and said, "Oh, you are written down for two days from now." I told her I would never have made the appointment for then because I was planning to leave town that day. She said, "Oh, I must have written it on the wrong day." So, I asked when they could do it. She said she could come the next day at 5:30. When I complained that my house was already taken apart, she offered to throw in free carpet protectant, so I agreed to have them come the next day at 5:30. They didn't come then either! So, we had to put the house back together and have our Thanksgiving company with dirty carpet. The company representative did not even apologize. She acted like it was no big deal!. This company deserves to go out of business!
