Mike was at my house within 15 minutes of first speaking to someone. They were able to service out upstairs unit and provide a few options for our downstairs. We ultimately decided to replace it, and within a few days it was in and installed. They were incredibly professional, quick and honest.

Fantastic. Smith Brothers gave us a competitive quote for a new heating and air conditioning system. They were quick, courteous, honest and professional on the install, showed up at 8:30 and were done by 1 pm. It was a relatively difficult attic install of a large 5 ton furnace but they handled it with no problem. They use highly rated American Standard equipment and this is the third time we have counted on them for new install. They are great after the sale with excellent and responsive service and support. I would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.

This is actually the 2nd time we've used them & once again, were left very satisfied with their work and customer service. We called after hours & they called us back that night to get us scheduled very promptly. We'll definitely be using them for our main HVAC people from now on. I love finding good local "mom & pop" type companies to support.

When I moved into my house, my heating and air unit was in very poor condition. I used a service that others had been using and I have had no problems. I have not had any problems with it. It is not a big unit, the unit is in my garage and it goes all the way up to the third floor. The price was reasonable. Yes, I would use them again.

Last year, I chose Smith Brothers to service our 20 year old central air and later to service our central heat and have continually been impressed with their integrity, professionalism, attention to detail and responsiveness. Each service tech was on time, easily identifiable, professional, confident, polite and appeared to address my concerns with integrity (which is very important to me) in explaining my options and financing a new unit. The old heater had failed 2 years ago but had began working again. When it failed recently, Mr Smith the owner came, assessed and was able to locate the part which had substantially increased in price in two years but was willing to replace the part without pressure to buy a new system. We chose to replace the heat and air units, they arrived and completed the job within the time quoted with the same quality of professionalism and integrity as before answering questions and explaining what they were doing along the way, working together as a well-oiled machine! If you're looking for quality heat and air techs, strongly consider this team, they've been in business for over 20 years and their prices are very competitive.

Kicked back and relaxing tonight in newly-air conditioned comfort, I must say we’re very impressed with our new American Standard HVAC equipment and the outstanding installation performed by Smith Brothers Heat and Air. In only 2 days, they removed the old furnaces and heat pumps and replaced them with two new R-95 gas furnaces in the basement and attic, two new Platinum heat pumps outside, rearranged some ductwork, created a condensation drain system from the attic, and added an additional return vent and 2 state-of-the-art thermostats of our choice. They were skilled, cordial, team-coordinated, careful, explanatory, and reasonably priced. They even vacuumed the plaster remnants from the newly cut return vent off our carpet before they left. We are highly satisfied with the work they performed, the products they introduced to our home, and their overall pleasant way of doing business. No wonder they have received so many yearly awards from American Standard!

The Smith Brothers crew was awesome! We received competitive bids for the work on a Wednesday and a Thursday morning, chose the Smith Brothers by noon on Thursday, and by noon on Friday the crew had replaced the A/C and the furnace, and we had cool air again! The Smith Brothers team set the bar for outstanding service!

Best provider that I've ever worked with.  Do yourself a favor and call these guys instead of going with one of the ones that are on TV constantly.  We bought a home a few months ago and knew that we would need a new system soon but were trying to hold on for one more summer season.  The fan motor bearing started squealing and so we decided to call Smith Bros.  They came out shortly and checked out my system.  They promptly told me what the details were and found some other issues and then showed me what they were.  My system was about to die as expected so the tech, Mike explained our options and said the owner would be giving me a call.  Duane called a few minutes later and we scheduled the install for the next day.  They showed up promptly at 9 AM as scheduled and got to work.  Shortly after lunch the new system was installed and we couldn't be happier.  Duane the owner personally came out to check on everything and get the project started.  These guys are top notch.  Clean up and removal was done very well and we didn't have to go behind and do a thing.  Thanks Smith Bros!  

I contacted Smith Brothers after one of my tenants said the AC unit was not working. They were out to the home within 3 hours. Duane contacted me letting me know the old system could not be repaired. Since I live in Houston and was unable to look at the system but took his word for it. He quoted me a very fair price to replace the existing system with a new American Standard unit. I was also surprised when he said he could have the work done by the next day. My tenant said the workers were very professional, clean and did a great job. I will definitely use them again in the future.

We have been completely impressed by Smith Brothers Heat and Air's commitment to provide their customers with quality and value in equipment and workmanship. Duane the owner is "hands on" in the company operation. He assessed our situation and was excellent at providing information and suggestions. Like most homeowners, what we know most about heat and air systems is when they are not working. We knew our 29+ year old system was falling behind in efficiency and performance. When the compressor failed to run with the first warm day a few weeks ago, we decided it was time to make the upgrade. Duane and entire install team are excellent communicators at patiently providing the explanations and information the homeowner needs to make informed decisions. Smith Brothers was "top shelf" about showing up for both estimate and install when they said they would. As I recall; I believe they made a verification call to let me know each time when someone was on the way. The company sent an install team with enough knowledgeable techs that the old equipment was being removed and replaced for both inside and outside units at the same time. Duane was onsite insuring the removal and install was underway and progressing as needed. The service/install techs were careful to avoid damage to our house while removing and installing heavy equipment. The team picked up and cleaned up well after the installation. The technicians were clear effective communicators at explaining operation of the system to the homeowner. It is obvious the company has experienced, qualified people who can handle our furture service/maintenance needs. The installation works fine and looks neat and professional. Smith Brothers was our fourth estimate. Of the four, one bid was competitive with theirs; but it was very clear that Duane was more effective at tailoring the equipment and installation options to our needs and expectations.

I am so glad my husband and I chose Smith Brothers to replace the a/c and furnace.  Duane was extremely patient with my husband who wanted all the model numbers so he could compare for himself the units Duane said they would use to replace our old ones, and compare units and prices with the other heat and air companies we had contacted.  I must admit, its been over 20 years since we had an air conditioner replaced so I was in a bit of sticker shock when I saw the prices that were submitted to us.  However, after researching and doing a lot of comparison shopping both my husband and myself realized that we HAD to use Smith Brothers. 
Not only were they friendly and very professional, but speaking with Duane he explained their pricing and the different units both less expensive and more expensive and the pro's and con's of each.  Never did we feel pushed or "talked into" using them. 
All of the crew that were there were really nice. They didn't seem to mind when I would talk with them, explaining what they were doing and how things worked when I asked.  All of them seemed to get along with each other too, helping and working before they were asked.  Never did I see ANY of them just standing around not doing anything.  They did a good job cleaning up after themselves, and hauled all the old stuff away. 
I'd recommend Smith Brothers to anyone who asked. And, if I need something done that they do I have no doubt that they will be the first call I make.  Use them, you won't be sorry.
