Slanes Mister Carpet

They answered my initial call quickly, were able to schedule for the next day.  They had a delay of about an hour, but they called me in plenty of time to let me know.  The work was done quickly and well.  My husband and I were very pleased.

The carpet was pretty well. Great! He was very friendly. He was very courteous and did a great job. He's cheap and efficient and very flexible. He was a little late.

Refastened carpet to wall tack strip, removed damaged padding from water line break, and cleaned remaining carpet. The appointment for an estimate and actual service was very fast (within days) even though we live outside the metropolitin area. After preforming the service we discovered that Mr. Slanes own home had been lost during our resent outbreak of storms. Had we known we would have surely been willing to change the appointment, but it was never mentioned except in passing. He was very prompt and started to work immediately. No time was wasted. I will surely use him in the future and recomend him without hesitation.

When I contacted Slane's Mister Carpet to see if they could stretch some carpet for me, the cordial scheduler arranged for service in just two days. The Slanes arrived promptly and set to work. Mr. Slane was careful of my furniture and decorations when some furniture had to be moved. Mr. Slane took the time to do an excellent job. I know this was a small job for them, but from beginning to end they were courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Slane's Mister Carpet. This is just the type of small business that I like to patronize. They showed a strong work ethic and pride in doing the job right.

Service showed up on time for estimate. He gave a complete estimate and we set a time for the work. He arrived on time and completed the work in the time estimated. Then he cleaned the entire carpet. The repair work matches well, the new pieces look newer, but all edges are well sealed. He did not replace some small spots that I thought would be fixed, so we some misunderstanding in the work. But the spots are dime sized and separate, and I did not have enough carpeting. In the end I was very happy with the work.

Arrived on time, listened to what I wanted, explained what he could do. We agreed on the work, he gave a final price that was very close to the phone estimate. He got to work and was finished in 3 hours. I am very satisfied with the result.
