Simon Shingleton

We came to Simon with the intention of purchasing a home closer to Downtown OKC in a historic neighborhood. Since this was the first home that we were purchasing as a couple - I had purchased our previous home as a single person — Simon helped us understand how we wanted to prioritize features on our next home. He showed us house after house, never pressuring us to make a purchase. When we found the house that we wanted, we ended up bidding against several other buyers for it and we got it! We love our new house! We also had Simon sell our previous home. Although it was smaller and less expensive, he still took great care on the listing: professional photos, staging advice, and well written text about the home. It was marketed well online and through his network of colleagues and sold quickly for very close to our asking price.
