Description of Work: Due to them never even attempting to respond to my calls, texts, and emails.. They lost a sale. How can anyone expect a business to flourish if they don't care enough to respond to a customer. Overall experience was completely unsatisfactory.

+ -1 moreHaving found this location on Angie's List, I called the number provided and was connected directly to TJ on his personal cell phone. Although he was in the midst of moving the business from the address listed on the Angie's list profile, he still made time to consult with me about my broken neon bar sign, which he advised that I bring to the new location for him to assess the cost of the repairs. Although the repairs were prohibitively expensive-- he pointed out that the type of break in the tubing necessitated a replacement of every letter because of the particular signs mercury content-- he recommended several other less costly options for replacement of the broken letters which I am in the process of deciding between. He seemed very knowledgeable and was friendly and professional. I will definitely return for future neon sign needs.
