It took longer than i thought it would, but our windows were probably worse than I thought they were -- and it was cold outside which makes the cleaning process not as efficient. At the end, the windows are very clean and we are happy.

They removed the screens and storm windows and cleaned them. They used vinegar which I appreciated as it is nontoxic. Next Jason cleaned the outside while Renee cleaned inside. It took close to four hours to clean the windows and replace the storms and screens. The windows look great.

Great job! They arrived on time and did lots of prep work on screens and windows. It's a fairly long process, most of the day from start to finish. Windows were cleaned outside then inside. Work was thoroughly checked. They also cleaned my outside lights.

This was an Angie's List Big Deal and it was a really good one. Renee and Jason showed up at my house right on schedule (having called the night before to confirm) and the did a great job. They were both very friendly, knowledgable and professional. They cleaned 9 windows and 2 glass doors, inside and out, and they did a great job. I will definitely use them again. I'd give them my highest recommendation with no reservations whatsoever.

Renee's work is impeccable. She's a perfectionist and all the windows in my home positively sparkle. I think the screens are as clean as they've ever been, too! Renee's also a joy to work with -- when she learned that I needed the work done quickly because I planned to list my house for sale, she shuffled her schedule to accommodate my job. Renee is kind and courteous and I felt completely confident having her in my home. I will definitely use Shine Bright again in the future. I'm quite sure that her work will help show off my house to its best advantage!

Overall service: Excellent.
They have their own formula for the window cleaner and it works terrific. Green Eco environment friendly.
They take off the screens and clean the complete window inside and outside.
The wife team member even cleaned all my mirrors and glass shower door for no extra charge.

They were very friendly and flexible with scheduling appointments. I would continue to use them in the future. Actually, I have rescheduled them for the end of this month.
