SHADY LADY INTERIORS

I got the new girl and it wasn't as professional as I hoped it would be especially since we were paying more than what we would have at a supply store. We were supposed to have them installed in a week after we picked them out and more than three weeks went by before they were installed. We like the Roman Shades but they were 3 times as much as the other treatments and Jennifer told us she had other options and would call us with them. She never did and I ended up calling her back after two weeks and she acted like she didn't forget. She called me several days later and gave me a quote higher than what we were looking at and I told her and she was clueless so we ended up not getting Roman shades from them. We've got really rough Venetian plaster walls and the blinds were installed too tightly and knocked off some paint. That wasn't a huge deal since I'd rather have less heat and light when they are closed, it just made more work for me. I was expecting more of a white glove treatment and recommendations rather than getting the new girl and paying more but I'm happy with the shades and blinds we did get.

Shady Lady Interiors did a great job. I was very satisfied with their work. I just wish they had been cheaper.
