Not well, he would schedule and call and ask to change it all the time. He had my daughters phone number, she kept giving him mine but he wouldn't use it for some reason.

Rich came out and ordered parts. The parts he received were wrong so he had to order again. Then he kept rescheduling due to other jobs. I finally had to put my foot down after the 3 time. We had already paid for the parts and then had to pay for another service call for him to install.

We had our ice maker go out and decided to give him another chance... Called and left messages for his wife (who schedules everything), never heard back.

Same as above. We had done business with Rich Baker before on this machine(the suspension springs had failed). My wife liked his service so we called him on 1/26/12 he arrived as scheduled on 1/27/12 and diagnosed the problem. We discussed the solutions with there pros and cons and he called around to find out what it would cost for repairs vs new.
On 2/2/12, Rich Baker returned as scheduled(by telephone) with the part and installed it as above.
We made payment in two parts. $198 for the tub and $188 for the service and two trips(about half of a new machine with bells and whistles)

I would recommend them, however they couldn't get the part that I needed. The overall experience went well.

He did an okay job as far as fixing the washer but did not put the screws back in to anchor the appliance back down after the work was done.
