My carpets were really dirty, and they did an great job cleaning it. They put something on there to help with collecting dirt later on, because I have pets. They got rid of forty years of dust in the vents.

We have used their services before. I don't recall any troubles with scheduling. They did a great job with the work. I like Sears a lot.

Dustin and Lee were outstanding! They were punctual and polite as well as hard working and efficient. They did an excellent job that far exceeded my expectations!

The guy who came (Roy?) did a decent job. I had some bad stains which he got rid of nicely. However, I have two or three and quot;wickerand quot; spots who are constantly returning a while after cleaning. I used Sears as I hoped their vacuum method would work better on these stains than the normal rubbing method. Alas, I was wrong. Even though the technician treated these areas more thoroughly, the spots came back after a short time. I do not hold this against them, though. These stains can be so deep that the only way to get rid of them is to change carpet. However, I am not as pleased with the result as the last provider I used as I am pretty certain the spots returned faster this time. In addition, the carpet did not look as clean, and got sort of a grayish color which actually made the carpet look worse than before the cleaning. The price was pretty hefty too compared to their competitors, and you don't get any more value for your money. Because of the low quality and the price, and the fact you get at least as good result from their competitors, I will not use them again.

Very pleases with the outcome of all. The person that came was very nice. He was through and really seemed to care about what he was doing.

Craig arrived twenty minutes early and began the walk through of the house. I cannot remember the last time that anyone actually showed up early for an appointment. After taking measurements, Craig explained the cost of the services I requested and made suggestions then he quickly got to work. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I was amazed by his work ethic. During the six hours he spent cleaning, he only took one 5 minute break - talk about dedication. I have to say that the carpet and tile look better than when I moved in and the upholstery looks incredible. I am so thankful to have had such a wonderful technician. The work was worth every penny!

I have a carpet cleaner so this was first professional carpet/upholstery cleaning in almost 5 years. They did a good job getting carpet cleaned. I had some koolaid stains they were not able to remove but I don't think anyone could. I moved most the stuff our of their way, they moved love seat, couch, recliner and treadmill and put them on Styrofoam blocks. The deodorizer did get rid of the pet smell but short lived so not sure if it worth the money. They had an internet sale so price a little less than normal.

Doug was our tech and he was very polite and professional. Cleaning was done well and completed promptly. Thank you to Doug and Sears for a great job!

The Sears carpet cleaners were great. The head technician's name was DOUG. I will ask for him every time! He was polite and very professional. He also had another tech with him who was very good as well...but I forgot his name. They were prompt and knowledgeable. They even gave me an estimate on air duct cleaning which I plan on having in the near future. I have carpet and hard wood floors and they even wiped up the water off my hard wood floors. I would recommend them to anyone.

Prompt and courteous office personnel, dispatcher and carpet cleaner. Called me to advise exact time of arrival. Carpet cleaner very professional and provided free tips on how to spot clean carpet and upholstery. Worked quickly and efficiently. Company sent cleaner back at my request, and without any hassle, to inspect and re-clean areas that I felt weren't done as well as should have been. Some of the "redo" areas were faded and not a reflection on cleaning. Scotchgard protection guaranteed. Would highly recommend.

The upholstery dried pretty quickly. I was impressed with the quality of work, but I did think the price was a little too high. I have recommended Sears to another friend.

Sears does an excellent job, I trust them and they back up their work. One time a small spot in a walking area was not thoroughly cleaned. They came back to clean it, and also redid the whole house at no extra charge. I would not use any other service.

Sears came out on time and did a thorough job. The price was fair even though I did have quite a lot of carpet space. They were professional and did a quality job. They took their time and treated me like a valued customer.

I thought Sears was very friendly. There was a mix up on which address to come to but otherwise they were good.
