Real Estate Service
From the get-go, Scotty Mandel was very unorganized and did not keep our agent up to date on what was going on. 2 days before we were originally scheduled to close, he notified us that the buyer did not have the money to close and we needed to extend the contract. Not 2 weeks before, but 2 DAYS. He had to have known this was an issue well before 2 days before close but did not communicate with our agent and was just compeltely unprofessional. We agreed to extend the contract another week, and once again, 2 days before closing we found out that the buyer wasnt qualified. It took our agent reaching out to him to get any answers, he was not on top of things at all and this was the worst real estate experience I have ever had. IN MY OPININON, YOU SHOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SCOTTY MANDEL & CO.
