I have bought my tires from Sam's Club for over 10 years.  Their selection can sometimes be a limiting factor, but usually I am able to find at least one of the top 3 Consumer Reports tires in the class that I need (SUV all-weather, for example).  Most of the time I have to special order my tires, as the ones I need are not generally in stock at the store.  That actually works out better for me, because if you go to the store and special order the tires, you will be there a while.  Ordering online is more convenient, and they call you when the tires come in and then you take the car in at your convenience and have them installed.  I would recommend getting there as soon as they open in the morning, because once they get going, if there are 1 or 2 cars in front of you, it can quickly turn into an all day affair.  Better to leave the car for the day and come back later if you can.  That is why I gave a B for punctuality.  Their installation fees are the lowest I've found and the tires come with LIFETIME rotate AND balance, which can't be beat.  Their tire prices are also generally the lowest you can find in the area.  Shop around and check for yourself before you buy, though, because there will likely be exceptions.  Usually my tire purchases make the Sam's Club membership worth the fee.  You can also save a few cents per gallon on gasoline with a membership.  I most recently bought a set of Goodyear Wrangler SR-A and these have been a great set of tires.  Free shipping to the store for special orders and the installation package runs $15/tire.
