Worst experience! Was referred to Safelite by my auto insurance. The first call their quote matched their online quote. The next day they called to set the appointment and increased the estimate by $200+! They claimed no knowledge of the quote the day before. After a transfer to exec services they suddenly found the quote and explained the difference was we were paying out of pocket, which make no sense because the first quote was less than our deductible and their online quote with or without insurance was the same amount. Total bait and switch! We went to Metro Glass and saved $100 off the original Safelite quote. I hope my insurance stops referring members to these crooks!

This location has some of the most professional staff working both in the shop and the front office. Auto glass repair isn't something you want to do more than once, but this place treats you so well that if the need should arise again in the future like it happened to me, you can actually fell confident that when you return you will be treated with the same honest, qualified and exceptional results, every time. Highly recommended!

After the crack that SafeLight repaired cracked again and was too large to repair, requiring replacement, I made the mistake of calling SafeLight again. I took their soonest appointment, approximately one month away, and I had to take it to their location, approximately 30 miles from my home. I ran into a traffic accident, and called them to let them know it looked like I would be late. They told me "no problem, as long as you arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment". I arrived 12 minutes after my appointment time and stood staring through the sliding glass window of the office in the lobby, while the two employees continued to talk about something on the computer screen and completely ignored my presence. When I was finally acknowledged, I was told that they had already sent the technician home and they wouldn't be able to replace the windshield that day. I told them I had waited a month for the appointment and it had taken me more than an hour to get to their office, and that I had called before so they wouldn't send the technician home. Their staff just basically stared at me. As I finally turned to walk out, they yelled after me that they could re-schedule, but their lack of professionalism, common courtesy and customer service certainly didn't give me any reason to re-schedule an appointment -- then, or ever. I have not ever written a negative review on Angie's List -- I try to always acknowledge good customer service whenever I can, but I would want to know about this type of service if I came to Angie's List looking for auto glass repair.

Several weeks ago the temperatures where very low and a small chip in my windshield became a crack across from one side to the other. I procrastinated getting it fixed but I called this morning, explained the situation and they were able to get me in the same day later that afternoon. My appointment started on time and in about and hour and 15 minutes I was on my way with instructions and warranty. The staff was very professional and offered me drinks of all sorts and snacks at the office. They even vacuumed out my car and cleaned my windows. All in all a great experience.

First of all, Safelite would not do the replacement at my workplace, I had to schedule it at my home. The first time I scheduled the replacement, they brought the wrong windshield and had to reschedule. Wasted over half of my day waiting on them to get there just to say sorry. They rescheduled one week later. The next week they call me half way through the wait time 8:00 to 12:00 to tell me they had meetings all morning and was going to be 3 hours late. I ask them to hurry as we were leaving town. They finally show up and start taking the windshield out and discover some rust and then refuse to replace the windshield, started quoting Federal law prohibited them from replacing it with rust present. I had them put it back together and called OKC Auto Glass and they replaced the windshield correctly, the first time at my work location. I wasted a full day of work and wages waiting on these people only to have them refuse to do the work. Absolutely unprofessional and irresponsible. I cannot recommend such a poorly operated company. Absolutely a horrible experience.

Quick and painless to get the work done, but the old broken glass remained down in the door and continues to rattle. Were told there was nothing they could do.

That was really good. It was really easy to use them and set up. You can set it up on the Internet or the phone. I remember it being very easy, I dropped the car off and the car was done probably within an hour or two hours. They called back and the quality of work was really good.

They did a great job. We got excellent service with the same glass other shops wanted to charge far more for.

Two hours late to the appointment and took two hours longer for the service provided. But overall they did a good job.

I am having to absorb the cost of having my windshield replaced due to the chipped glass repair failing. I contacted Safelite, who performed the repair, and was informed that the warranty only covered workmanship failure (whatever that means) and that there would be no warranty to replace the windshield, even though the crack started at the chip repair. Buyer-beware if your insurance company covers the chip repair then you forfeit the only warranty available from Safelite and that is they will credit the cost of the repair toward the price of a new windshield.

My insurance is partnered with Safelite. I scheduled an appointment near the lunch hour. The office called to confirm/remind. The wait was less than an hour, so I was able to do this over my 'lunch' break. Water, Soda, Coffee offered during the wait. They vacuumed out the car and the condition of the door/work surfaces appeared unblemished due to the repair. Great service all in all.

Totally professional. Drove to my location and was done in about 45 minutes.

I received a couple of emails with all info, Monday morning of repair date recived a call. Was there a few minutes before they said they would be. Service person was kind, explained everything in detail. After it was finished he tried to help me get the 20.00 savings, but was not able to. He did an excellent job and I am really glad I decided to have them do the work for me.

Safelite is great! When I scheduled online, they gave a 4 hour window of when the technician would be coming. Then, the morning of the service, the tech called and gave a 1 hour window when he would be coming, and he was very prompt. He fixed the windshield in about 20 minutes and also cleaned all the windows and vacuumed the front seat, which I was not expecting! Very good experience overall.

Couldn't get an "at home" appointment on the internet, so we had to call. There weren't any available appointments until the following week. The tech called before coming out to let us know he was on the way. He was punctual (very much appreciated that), professional, cheerful, and very competent. He got right down to business, and accomplished the windshield replacement in a very timely manner.

They called before hand to let me know the approximate time they would arrive and they were within that range. They went right to work and replaced both windshields and even got all the stickers removed and replaced on the new windshield. Clean and professional, did a great job.

Awesome customer service! Everyone from the office folks to the techs really seem focused on GREAT Customer Service!! I can Highly recommend this particular Safe Lite location with no hesitations. I couldn't be happier.

I was very impressed with the quality of service. I received an email confirmation with firm price quote off my conversation with their national office. When I arrived at the OKC location, they had the paperwork, they took my car in early, and it took less than 1 hour. It was estimated to be between an hour and a half and two hours. I waited at the location. It was an excellent job. They even removed and reinstalled a decal I needed to have on the window to access a worksite I visit periodically. Very satisfied with everything from customer service to quality and cost.

Safelight Auto Glass did an excellent job. I found them to be quick, professional and efficient. I would use them again and I would recommend them.
