Rynn's Lawncare & Landscaping

The original owners of this company did a good job both with hands on work and with customer communication. There was an ownership change several years ago. The landscaping portion of the business has remained good and the irrigation service is terrific. However, the lawn mowing quality of service has fallen off significantly, especially the last two or three years. We've noticed scalping, haphazard grass cutting, poor clean up, etc. We just let it go for the most part but occasionally brought it to the attention of the owner. Our latest concern was about a lot of grass clippings left after mowing, so much of it that after a recent rain, clumps of grass were embedded in the lawn. When I brought up this issue I was basically told these kinds of problems come up because we didn't spend enough money with the company. True enough. We've had to cut back on the amount of money we spend on landscaping in recent years. But I really don't think the size of yard (ours is small) or amount of agreed upon charges should have anything to do with quality of service. I got the message - this group no longer wants to deal with small properties unless the homeowners don't complain. We'll move on to a lawn service that wants the business.....as small time as it may be.

I could not be more pleased with the quality, professionalism (ask for Scott) and cost.  I was pleasantly suprised by the cost.  These guys showed-up in force with equipment, trucks, and manpower to complete the job in one day.  They took great care to prevent damage to the lawn by using wood panels under the heavy equipment.  After installation of the new landscaping, they used blowers to clean-off dirt from the lawn, driveway, and sidewalks.  At the end of the day, I was amazed by the transformation of our landscaping with little to no sign that heavy equipment and work crews had worked all day moving shrubs, trees, large bolders, and mulch.  I highly recommend Rynn's and am now also using them for my lawn service.

I have been using them for thirteen years and they do a good job. We will keep using them.
