It went beyond expectations.  The two-man crew, Nathan and Eddy, were punctual and efficient in replacing the pipe,   cleaning-up, and repairing the concrete.  I especially appreciated them taking care to remove the laminate flooring in a manner which made it easy to replace.  This resulted in my not having to have the entire floor replaced.
I would like to add that a blockage in the same line occured twelve days later.  Rucker sent men out immediately to access the situation, and check their work.  They had the foresight to use the diagnostic camera again, and discovered that a plastic bag had been flushed down the toilet resulting in a blocked line.  This information was presented to us on a usb so we could determine the next step.  They took care of the problem for us.
We are very pleased with professional manner in which Rucker Mechanical conducts their business.
We are recommending them to all of our friends.

Rucker Electric and especially Ryan will be MY electrician for any of my future electrical needs!

The thing that i didn't like, he seemed nervous. He did good work but he was a little slow. I thought they were pricey too.

victor came last year and added 3 outside outlets and 1 new indoor outlet. a couple months ago he came and changed out loose outlets with grounded 3 hole outlets. he had to drill through brick to install the outdoor outlets.
victor is punctual, professional and very good at his job.
for electrical needs I like Rucker Mechanical. I haven't used them for plumbing.

They were very professional.  Cleaned up after themselves.  Checked to see if our old tank was still in warranty.

They did good work and I trust their work. I'm getting what I am paying for.

Everything went well. No problems. Very nice serviceman.

The young man worked hard and was sensitive to the fact that my wife (who works nights) was sleeping at the other end of the house. I just thought $628 was an awful lot for that.

I trust them and do not have to call them around the house. I will tell everybody about them and will continue to use them in the future.

Bad. They broke a mirror and left it, luckily i discovered before closing. Some repairs they did well others were done wrong, and had to be called back, others had to be re-fixed by other companies. Some of the Rucker work must have been done by idiots for stoned workers. For instance, a brand new toilet was installed on the second floor. After about 4 months it started leaking clean water and damaged the ceiliing, I called Rucker and they did not have plumber on staff anymore and refused to come out. Later they refused to call back at all. I checked it out my self and found that the screws that hold the tank to the toilet were not tight at all, not even hand tight., one didn't even have a nut to hold it on! It was just sitting there held in place by gravity alone! Really pathetic IMHO. I should report them to the BBB. Avoid this company.

They did an incredible job and would definitely use them again in the future.
