Rove Pest Control

Poor customer service!!! Signed a 1 yr agreement and did not see a significant reduction in bugs around the inside/outside of our house except for after the initial spraying. Technicians that came to the house were all very friendly but when I called to cancel my service with them after on year they were awful.

We live in the country, on acreage, so pest control is a must. I understand there will be bugs, but they can't live with us! I had been under contract with another company, and after the 3rd time of random rescheduling of appointments, I had to fire them and find another. My immediate issue this late summer was black widow spiders, who were determined to live up on my patio and porch. The wiener dogs have a tendency to just stick their noses in places they shouldn't, and I didn't want my and quot;kidsand quot; to get bit.
It was easy to schedule the appointment, and the manager, Tony Hoffman, called me personally to answer my questions. The initial application was discounted from the usual quarterly price. The technician came out and treated both the inside and outside of the house, the shop, and the landscaping around the house. (The landscaping is important, because we use river rock, and the spiders LOVE living in the rocks!) In addition to the service I was used to receiving, they also treated the eaves and gutters. They looked for wasp nests, and knocked down, and killed, any he found.
Almost one week later, I found another black widow spider on my patio, under the loveseat...so I took a photo of her and emailed it to Tony, asking him why after a week, she was still alive, and on my patio?! He called me the very next day, and sent a technician out to retreat the entire area, for free (which is their policy). Another treatment was scheduled for one month later, and I signed the contract for one year's service. After that treatment, Tony again called me to ensure that I was satisfied with the service. The cost of the contract was more than what I had spent in the past, but having those expanded treatments areas, to include the landscaping, is well worth the investment to keep the pest population under control, and away from the house!!
Customer service is so lacking these days, it's nice to do business with a company that is actually glad I'm doing business with them. I expect to get the service and results in return for the money I'm spending, and so far Rove has lived up to my expectations.

Really good service. They are very prompt.

They come out every 3 months. It's a contract. They charge us every time they come out. Overall, it was good. They are on time. As a matter of fact, I was having a schedule conflict the last time. They actually came out early so I could meet my next appointment. They were really nice.
