Description of Work: Services were requested for repair of hail damage to roof, siding, door, gutters and window screens. The estimator, Robert, was prompt, courteous, and professional. He worked closely with my insurance company and explained the process in detail. He supervised every aspect of the repairs personally. All subcontractors were on time as scheduled, polite, and wasted no time and worked very hard. They all cleaned-up thouroughly when finished. If something wasn't correct, they made it so. Overall I was very pleased. I would absolutely recommend Ridgid to my family and friends.

Description of Work: I called initially for completion of some fascia and siding work (initial work done by a different contractor that I didn't care to reuse). While here to give me that estimate they pointed out roof damage that I was not aware of from the May 2012 hail storm. Ended up getting a full roof replacement by my insurance company. Overall a good experience. I would say the usual challenges of being clear on both sides about what work is being done for the quoted price. Make sure everything is written out and avoid rushing the process. As said, that seems to be a challenge with most companies. Their price was comparable with quotes from other contractors and BJ was always willing to visit or talk on the phone to clarify any issues.

Description of Work: Ridgid construction put a new roof, replaced the guttering, and installed siding on my home. BJ and his crew did a great job on everything. BJ, the sales manager, was always on top of things. He was very knowledgable and helpful from the estimate through the entire project. I enjoyed working with him. He even told me about a great ap for my iPad. :-) His crew was always on time and worked all day each day, sometimes in the rain and late into the evening. They were very respectful and answered any questions I had and when they finished everything looked beautiful! I will definitely use this company again.
