Rick is patient and thorough, and clearly knows exactly what he's doing. He analyzed the problem and got right to work, removing several pieces from the interior of the refrigerator to get at the problem. He then removed, repaired and replaced the broken slide, and replaced all the shelves and drawers, making sure everything worked perfectly as he reinstalled each piece. Rick is very skilled and very professional.

He quickly diagnosed the problems and repaired both appliances in a little over an hour. He had all the necessary parts and tools, didn't even need to go back to his van. The work was done expertly and professionally, and Rick is an extremely personable and courteous gentleman. Couldn't be more pleased, and the price was very reasonable for the services provided.

Rick was professional and explained what he found. He took ice machine back to shop and sent pics of damage before repairing the machine.
