RICH MONTGOMERY CARPET SVC

Not very well they are not very professional like I said I bought the carpet in March have had trouble getting ahold of them they do not return my calls they came out to measure the house then instructed the place I bought the carpet from that they would not do the tear out because of my pig but there was nothing on my carpet it was just ready to be picked up so they refused to do the tear up but they said they would install so I did the tear out and made the appointment for the 19th today and the carpet is ready to be laid they show up they have no tax slip strip tack strip to install with then for me it'll be another day before they can come out with the strip to perform the job I said I wanted it up today while they were here even if they had to staple gun it in they went to a local store to see if they sold any of the stripping they never did come back I contacted the store I bought the carpet from he contacted them only to find out they have now decided they will not even install my carpet and they did not leave the carpet with me they took it back to their warehouse and I received no call from them stating this I just never had them show back up I am very disappointed I don't know how anyone could run a business like this seems like high school children or Worse grade schoolers
