Lee and Sebastion were are window installers. They were very professional and worked very hard to complete the windows installation in a timely manner. Our original windows were very old. We can already tell the difference in the amount of heat transmitted into the house. We do have quality control issues unrelated to the installation. The hardware was not what we ordered and the factory wood staining was uneven. Both issues are being addressed in a timely and professional manner which is the best we could hope for. The window quality is excellent. Because of the weight of the windows, they require extra support making the surface area of the glass smaller than the original windows. This is not a problem with large windows but the small windows lose a great deal of viewing area if you choose double hung windows. Making sure you select the right type of window for each location. we will use Anderson again when we replace the 2nd story windows this fall and we will certainly ask for the same installers.

Great, the the father / son team arrived on time and where done in about 3 hours. Made sure everything was taken care of before installation and cleaned out afterwards! I will ask for them when the last of the windows go in. The father / son team was James and Scott Belanger

Greg, Eric, and Dakota arrived promptly at 7:30 A.M. Greg introduced the work crew then explained what they were going to do. They covered any flooring or furniture necessary. They worked diligently to complete the replacement of our windows. The entire crew was thoughtful and courteous. They cleaned up after their work was completed. They also disposed of the old windows. We highly recommend these three young men and would be happy to have them work for us anytime!!

Had a pleasurable experience with Lauren Wiseman in the sales process. There was no pressure at all, and she gave me all the options. I would like to thank the installation crew, Lee and Sebastian Coy, as they did an outstanding job. They replaced some wood damaged by termites, trimmed the window sill out in beautiful stained wood and cleaned everything up. I love my new windows!

Mike H. and Vernon did a great job. They were very professional, arrived on time, answered all my questions, and they did a good job cleaning up. I love me Anderson Windows and as soon as I get them paid off I intend to replace the windows on the front of my house with Anderson Windows.

Installers James Belonger and his father worked diligently and smoothly as a team and I'd definitely request their services again. Professional, careful, not rushed at doing their job correctly. They covered/protected all carpet and furniture to be certain that nothing could accidentally happen. I appreciated that extremely! I swear my house is quieter. Gorgeous windows!! And the quality is workout a doubt Impeccable!

I could not be happier with RBA. We had all of our windows installed today and the installation crew, Mike and Vernon, were absolutely awesome. They juggled installation over the nap times of 3 under 2, and were just fantastic. They were considerate and very professional!!

Excellent service provided by Mike H. and Vernon S. They were on time explained the entire process and very professional. Painted some of the trim for us and hung up my blinds before they left. Job well done. Very positive experience.

Bobby McCurdy and his crew did an outstanding job in working through some minor problems and installing some difficult windows ie large semi circular window 10 ft above a fireplace. they did a very professional job and were extremely careful about cleaning up the work areas. We are extremely satisified with the windows and with the installation. We would highly recommend Anderson windows to anyone needing replacements.

Mike Owen and his team (Debbie, Larry, and TJ) were fast, courteous, and professional. Very willing to take a moment to answer questions and concerns. Wish I'd done this sooner!

It was excellent. Bobby McCurdy and his crew did an fantastic job. Installed windows in a 30 yr old rock house. They had to chip away the rock to get the old ones out and the new ones in. I can't stop looking out the windows! They are so beautiful. Our house is so quiet now too! The saleman was great and made us know why this was the best thing to do for the long term living in our home. (We'll die here). The installers were great. So clean. They had to deal with some of our construction that wasn't up to snuff. They make it all look terrific! We are so happy with them!.

Very pleased with window and door. Mike Hopkins and Vernon Sender did a great job with the installation. And, Dobson Painting did well with the staining and painting. We provided the external paint to ensure an exact match. Anderson matches the stain using our provision of a stained wood sample from the house.

The windows are beautiful and we are totally excited with all windows around the house.  We love the open glass without the grids. 

Steve Nielsen was the salesman and he took his time and answered questions making us comfortable with our decision. He made very sound suggestions and helped guide our journey into new windows for the entire house.



The office staff were very pleasant when they called to schedule or remind us of an appointment.  Their demeanor provided a level of professionalism and assurance that is not often seen.  Customer satisfaction is an important aspect of this company. 

What a great experience with Wendy and Vernon Hendricks and the rest of the crew. It has been such a pleasure having them work on the windows and have become part of our family history as we took their pictures during installation.  Answering every question, keeping us posted of how and what was going on was unbelievable.  All the while they were busy and efficient in all aspects of the process.  The entire crew was awesome and it was not a routine install.  We have had major renovations going on and the heat slowed the other two crews down, but Wendy and Vernon just coordinated with them and made every thing work. Knowing what I do now, I would request this crew for any work.



As the installation crew was completing their work, the Production Manager called and checked how things were going. Briefed me that there would be a follow-up visit for quality assurance and encouraged me to call with any questions.

Quality of product only goes so far. What makes a great company is the personnel and it appears Renewal by Anderson have hit a homerun with everyone we have talked or dealt with throughout the process.  My highest possible recommendation goes with these folks.

Appears to be good quality product and the installers were efficient; however, they failed miserably in vacuuming up glass shards after installation. They failed to use enough drop cloths to protect furniture, especially in replacing the largest window. We are still finding small glass fragments in our carpeting 2 weeks after installation. The post-installation "walk-through" was scheduled for 9:00-10:00 am today. I waited until 10:30 to call and ask what happened to the Andersen representative. The individual who had promised the 9:00-10:00 time frame had failed to notify the manager who was to conduct the walk-through. The representative who arrived around 11:20 was very thorough and very helpful. The installers had failed to correct a manufacturing error which kept one of the windows from opening. He repaired the defect and answered all our questions satisfactorily. He was by far the most professional employee we encountered. I will never do business with this company again under any circumstances. I thought their reputation and the cost of their services (almost $16,000) would mean superior service; I was wrong.

From the initial contact through final installation, the entire crew worked together to get the job done accurately and efficiently. Measurements were taken and rechecked before ordering the materials. The company kept me abreast of the status of the project and when the installation crew, headed by Mike Owen, would arrive and how long it would take. They were on time and had all materials they needed for the project. They were friendly and accommodating and we could not have asked for this project to run any smoother! The windows are BEAUTIFUL, both inside and outside.
