She said the house would be on the market about 45 days and it took 6 months.
She would not return calls.
All contracts feel through.
The house was sold to a company for a below value price which turned out to be owned by her husband.

They have been outstanding through the entire process. Anytime a paper needed to be signed, they would bring it to my work. I worked with Terri often, and she is very sweet and helpful.
