He worked with me and my insurance provider to get everything covered. They replaced my roof and shingled the roof on my shed. The crew cleaned up after themselves and the finished product looked great.

I learned that I could count on whatever they said they would do -and it would be accomplished in the time frame that they promised. My phone calls were returned promptly and my questions were welcomed and answered. The person that I worked with was Jason Switzer. I would recommend him and Redland Roofing without reservation. Jason was always extremely helpful, polite, and hard-working.

After a another roofer failed to negotiate with my insurance, leaving me with a problem roof for months, Gene of Redland Roofing stepped in, and solved the problem inside of a week. It still took a little bit for the actual roofers to get to our house, and there was some confusion with the seamless guttering people on where gutters were to be added, but overall we were very pleased with the job they did, and it required minimal effort on our part. We were also able to get several nice upgrades at the price they negotiated.

They were here early one morning working through the day to early evening.They were back the next morning and finished up with the cleanup and final roofing in a couple hours.

Jack Moore was who we worked with and he communicated with the insurance companies on our behalf. They really went above and beyond and were just incredible to work with.
