After being shocked to find a chair caner in the OKC metro (Diana learned the craft from her mother, and is a seasoned expert herself), I called Diana and left a message which was returned promptly. She told me that she had a backlog of work and that she would call in 4-6 weeks when she had an opening, which she did. I dropped the chair off at her house (where the work is done) and was called when it was ready (another 4-6 weeks since her living room was full of work). The chair looks like new (the pictures on their website are accurate) and the price was surprisingly affordable for the hand craftsmanship of the work.
